Appartement converti dans un immeuble géorgien central Exeter Situation calme à 15 minutes à pied de la ville. Une chambre double et un petit canapé-lit double dans le salon. S'il vous plaît noter que la salle de bain est hors du salon, donc si 4 personnes utilisant l'appartement, vous devez traverser le salon pour accéder à la salle de bain.

An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!

Great spot with short walk to central Exeter, and easy to get in and out of town with a car. The private parking was excellent bonus.

The property was ideal for a short Christmas break. Everything that we needed was included within the property. Location was ideal, close enough to easily walk into the city centre but still very quiet

Really nice place to stay in Exeter. It has everything you need for a couple of days in the city and is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is still within walking distance to the city centre.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is well well designed and an ideal size for 2 people, just lacking a dishwasher and shaving point. It has a lovely bathroom, bedroom and a good kitchen. It is ideally located for a short walk to the City Centre and Cathedral and onto the Quay. The off street parking is excellent and very convenient.

Great location, near to the city center, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Well equipped, attractive and homely accommodation.
Good communications from the owner Annalisa. She very promptly arranged of a replacement new washing machine to be installed when the old one failed.

very nice apartment, I stayed with my wife and 2 children. she has a sofa in the living room and she helped us. Very clean, and with everything you need. from towels to milk in the fridge. Very quiet neighbors, private parking space and close to EXeter FC stadium. many shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk.

Fantastic little flat located centrally in Exeter. Had everything we needed (and more!) and the blackout blinds provided an excellent sleep. Can't wait to come back! Very clean and well looked after :)

lovely flat ideal for 2.... owner very easy to deal with except for the very clunky home and away app system which is not easy to use nor gives prompt responses....but i am not computer/app savvy..
