This home has everything you need for large families or large groups of friends. All of items mentioned in the listing were accurate. The spacious living spaces were filled with all the items needed for a great time! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The home is located close to town in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very attentive to questions. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to visit the area.

Our daughter was getting married at a nearby venue at the Felt Estate and we needed a home that could accommodate our family and my Mother and Father in law. This was the perfect house. It was well stocked with anything you could need including a professional steamer that we were able to use on the wedding dress. The bridesmaids were able to get hair and make-up done with room to spare. Every bedroom is spacious with very comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy. Ian was prompt in answering any question I had. Eva is the owner and is equally lovely. We had a lovely weekend and I highly recommend this home. The garage was filled with beach toys bikes and 2 coolers. Multiple families could stay here very comfortably

Great amenities! It looks like you put a lot of thought into everything that anyone would want in a VRBO rental. We had a slow drain in one of the showers, we called the host at 11am and a plumber was there by 1pm!

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description!! So incredibly spacious and had everything we needed and more!! Perfect stay for our Sons Wedding just 8 min away!! Definitely will be back!!

Big home with excellent toys for one year old to adults. Play area set up for little ones. Foosball and Shuffleboard for adults. Outside games available. Tommy Bahama beach chairs. No need to bring your own. Be sure to check out interurban bus for a ride to and from Oval Beach. Traffic was crazy to drive there. $1 each to ride the bus that picks you up. Gather in grill area, basement rec room, three season room and front porch. Big kitchen with lots of seating at the kitchen table. We barely rode our bikes, not really a bike friendly area, at least for road bikes. In the area we enjoyed eating at Southernly, going on a river cruise, and especially liked the dune ride. We also found a set of 8 pickleball courts in Douglas. Of course, all the very cute shops. Great days here with our three adult kids and their families… 😃😃

We loved our stay at Evas place. The front yard and driveway were perfect for young children play (including scootering!). Nice quiet street.
Great option of 2 fridge spaces and 2 washer/dryers. Basement full of toys for kids.
Only complaint was the floors. Made our feet and socks black. Likely due to too much soap just moving dirt around vs actually cleaning. House has had some love overall but the location and size was great!

The house was perfect for a girl’s getaway. There was room to spread out as well as room to come together. The back room with all of the windows. Perfect for socializing with a glass of wine in the evening and reading with coffee in the morning. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. We really appreciated the beach chairs to be able to go watch the sunset at Oval Beach. Ian was always quick to respond to questions, and with suggestions for places to eat, drink, and enjoy in the area. I highly recommend this house and the hosts

This is the perfect property for our annual family gathering in Saugatuck. Our host, Eva, and property manager, Ian, provide a perfect environment for rest, relaxation, and enjoyment of Michigan's West Coast. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and stocked with all the dishes, cooking utensils, and beach equipment that you will need for your stay. We had 11 people in our group and could have easily accommodated more. Our family loves the property and the hosts and will be returning for our 7th stay next summer.

The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood with adequate outside space for parking and play. Very close to the downtown area and two great beaches. They have beach supplies in the garage which was very convenient. Inside space was nice and well maintained with plenty of room for our group. We had a little issue with electricity in one room but the property manager was very responsive and had somebody out to fix it right away. Overall a good experience for us.

What a fabulous house! We had 15 in our group and we all had a cozy bed to sleep in. The house is very spacious and clean. The decor is cute and the kitchen offers just about anything you’d need. An added perk were the many beach chairs, umbrellas and towels in the garage we used to head to Oval Beach. I’d absolutely recommend this house!

This is our second time staying on this great house. We had 3 families (6 adults and 9 kids) and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space to hang out together and to spread out! Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The house is super clean and well maintained. Extra fridge in the garage was awesome. Location is great and the owner is super responsive. We would highly recommend!

Very well set up - roomy for 9 girls. Kitchen has tons of cookware. Bedrooms were very nice. Large dining table for ten. Didn’t use the front porch or outside space due to weather but did walk downtown. Had a great time here.

The place is nice and quiet and tucked back in the woods. Condition of the house is in good shape and very accommodating for large groups of people. Very loud in the evening hours after 10:00 p.m. you may want to search elsewhere as it's very quiet in the neighborhood. Overall it was a great experience!

We are so glad that we booked this house so that several families could stay together for a long weekend. It was clean and organized, had lots of things to do for both adults and children (including infants), and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms on each story, there was lots of available storage, a nice kitchen with adjacent open dining, and a great porch and backyard area
The owner proactively communicated to ensure our needs would be met, and she is very responsive to any questions throughout the stay. The house is in a very comfortable, quiet neighborhood that is a pleasant stroll away from downtown Saugatuck. This is very convenient since downtown parking fills up quickly on the weekend. We also found plenty to do at the house when we weren’t out exploring. There are toys for younger kids and games for older ones.
This house was a great choice for our family to make some memories and see a new place. Highly recommend!

This home was great for my large group. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and spacious. The host is extremely kind and responsive. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the property. The walls were dirty and it looked like the cleaning crew rushed to clean the home, the carpet also had a lot of stains.

The house was perfect except for cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathtub the cabinets were all filthy to touch you stick to them! There was no soap in the showers. The carpet was filthy.

This house, owned by Eva, is in a quiet neighborhood (not in the city walking area) and has enough room for 3 families. I was able to have my daughter and son and their families gather with us. The back sunroom was our favorite spot, with so much light and beautiful landscaping. The kitchen is well stocked with quality dishes, etc.
My only concern was the 3 shower/bath areas, which were a little awkward to get in and out of.
The house is very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor area where we could play many games.
