We had an amazing trip to HHI. The property is centrally located in Harbor Town, easy access to all the activities and excitement. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities needed. Looking forward to staying here again!

Close to everything and the condo had everything we needed to prep meals. Host was most helpful answering our questions and giving helpful tips to navigate. Had a small mishap with the elevator breaking down but the host responded quickly and notified maintenance who had it back up and running the next afternoon. Highly recommended!!

We loved this property! Location was great and the condo was very clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Just a note for future renters that it is cash only to purchase the parking pass at entrance. We will absolutely be back and recommend to all family and friends!

Great location by the marina, restaurants and shopping at Harbour Town. Condo has plenty of room for a family of 5. Owner communicates very well and is very attentive. Parking can be difficult when shops are open so park early.

Perfect location!! Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We have 3 kids (10, 8 and 6), and we walked to the pool daily. It was just a short little walk for the kids. Also, there is an amazing park right outside the building, which was awesome. The unit was super clean, and beds were very comfortable. It was our first time visiting Hilton Head, and we really lucked out with this place. Can’t wait to come back!!

The only thing that could have been better was the view from the balcony. The listing SUGGESTED there was a "view"!! The only view was the parking lot. Otherwise everything was very good!!!

We have been going to Harbour Town for years but this was our first stay at Mariner’s Way. It was very comfortable and well appointed. There were four adults and we all liked it. Only thing to note is that parking might be difficult in season. We had two cars but had no problem in late September.

My wife and I, along with her elder dad, just returned from our second year anniversary trip to Sea Pines and stayed in this property. Everything about this property was immaculate. The property description was great and location was impeccable. The owners are quick to reply to any questions you may have.
If you are looking to stay in Sea Pines and experience everything Harbour Town has to offer, you will not find a better property. You can walk to everything and enjoy all the food and shops Harbour Town has to offer.
My wife and I have stayed in a variety of properties in Sea Pines and this one tops them all. We are already lining up our dates for 2024 and will absolutely be reserving this property again.

Our family of 5 and a friend stayed here this week and OMG!!! Amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking appliances you need. Location was amazing. Kids ranged from 5-17. My older girls were able to get alone time and walk around the harbour and feel safe. And the pull out couch. Never felt a more comfortable pull out couch. My husband and I sat on the balcony every night with a glass of wine and people watched. Beautiful condo and would most definitely recommend and return in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Overall great place to stay with easy access to Harbour Town. We stayed in early May and had great weather and easy parking. Members of my party found the elevator to the door very helpful. We had one issue come up during our stay with the thermostat, but the owners were easily accessible and quick to respond. We resolved the issue very quickly and enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay there again soon.

Steps from the playground, shops, amazing restaurants, the harbor, lighthouse and pool! Sea Pines is beautiful. We took advantage of the bike discount too! We drove over to the Beach Club daily and stopped by the Stables. This is an absolute premier location. The owners truly cared about our experience! They checked in with us upon arrival and departure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head,. Highly recommend this condo. We were delayed around Hurricane Ian, but only lost one day, and we were very fortunate to have enjoyed the remaining rental time. Communications with Aroin and Wendy were very easy. The condo is beautiful, comfy beds, full of amenities, luggage trollies, elevator, and pet friendly! The condo and location are fantastic! Literally 1 minute walk to the beautiful Harbor Town Marina, restaurants, numerous seating areas, evening musicians, lighthouse, and Pier. It is easy to rent bikes, enjoy the wonderful Island bike paths, the beaches are bike and dog friendly. Fun restaurants to enjoy, Crazy Crab(steps from condo and great hush puppies and shrimp and Grits), Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse, Salty Dog Cafe at South Beach, Skull Creek Boathouse Bar & Restaurant. If time permits check out Blufton and Calhoun Street Tavern. We can’t wait to return! And golfing!!!

This condo was well appointed, very clean, and ideally located for the two of us to enjoy some sunshine and time away from home. This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well decorated, right in the heart of Harbour Town. The building is quiet and easy to access, and parking was never an issue, even over the summer weekend. I would stay here again, it met every expectation and you can't beat the location - lots of shops and restaurants within just a short walk downstairs.

This condo was a fabulous rental in Sea Pines! It was able to hold two couples, an infant and a dog comfortably. At first we were nervous about the parking but it was easy to find a spot outside of the condo and leave your car for the weekend. The condo is super convenient to restaurants, shops and the pool. You truly have no reason to get in your car and leave the resort unless wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of this property for our family and would love to come back again soon.
