The property and house were beautiful, everything was clean, neat and tidy. The property manager is stupendous, I was so grateful for her, she answered any of my questions at a timely manner.10/10, I would stay there again.

The modern home is beautiful and sitting on 3.5 acres of land! I can see why it’s a great place to throw parties with all the space. The host was very communicative and thoughtful: she asked how many guests we had so she could stock us up with water bottles. The master bedroom had two walk in closets (yay!) and a fantastic tub. I wish the pool were heated and at night it was quite noisy with all the traffic (the house is on the busy part of the street) but I understand you can’t have it all. The WiFi for the TV cut in and out so sometimes the TV did not turn on. I did notice a lot of spiders/bugs by the garage inside the house but maybe that’s a Texas thing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and really enjoyed being able to stretch our legs throughout the 5 acres. The house was beautiful inside and out. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was everything and more! The house was very clean, open space, and simply beautiful inside! The kitchen was awesome we had a personal chef one night and it had everything we needed and the stove worked properly (a review said it had a mind of its own-false) the restrooms had more than enough clean towels to use; I would suggest to bring your own pool towels, a review mention there was no lights out by the pool which was also false we had a bachelorette party of 7 and at night we would hand by the pool and listen to music and there was plenty of lights around the pool to hang out and walk back and fourth from the main house, the property even had deer walking around it at night; so cool! The owner was very responsive and gave us clear instructions how to get in the property and was just a call away for any questions we had. Great stay! Beautiful house! Clean and sanitized! We will be back!

Pros - Overall great house with pool. The outdoor space was relaxing. Cons- The stove worked with a mind of its own, sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. The microwave rotating plate is broken so the food never properly heated as it does not spin. Plan to wash towels repeatedly as there is very minimal in every bathroom. No extra blankets or pillows in any of the bedroom closets. The TV randomly stopped working due to a breaker that tripped. However, the owner was reachable to assist with instructions. The pool was great to hang out at night, but there are no outdoor lights near it so it is very dark. There are outdoor lights around the house and away from the pool.

I wish I would have known the property was functioned on well water. That was a bit shocking because I did not know before I booked. My child's skin is sensitive and started having a skin reaction to the water so that would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom and master bathroom seems to be not working. The master bedroom gets stuffy and there is no air flow in the room and bathroom. We told the property manager and they had someone look at it while we were there but it did not fix the issue. Communication was not as prompt but eventually got a response within a day when we were staying there. Overall, we enjoyed the open living area and kitchen of the house and having our own private pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was amazing to cook in. The pool was clean and refreshing - we swam at least two times every day. There is a covered area by the pool. The property is very private, but close to shopping, etc. The property manager responded immediately to my question. We really enjoyed our get-away and will definitely stay here again!

It's hard to find public pools due to the pandemic, but when you want to just get away from civilization and chill by a private pool all day and then stay in a beautiful home at night, I highly recommend this place.

We had a family vacation here and loved the property. Kids especially loved the pool. My sister had to work during part of the trip and was able to make use of the office and internet which worked out great.

We came here for a mini covid-safe vacation. The house is spacious and beautiful! The pool was clean and still cool even on 100+ temperature days. The master suite is warmer than any other part of the house, but we were never uncomfortable in there (we think the AC unit needs to be recharged). A few minor suggestions.... more silverware (5-6 forks meant we were always washing forks), some other water delivery system besides the bottles (I feel terrible having to use so many water bottles), instructions for induction stove (it would never turn on with certain pans that were in the kitchen... I’ve never used induction before now, so I still don’t understand why), lounging chairs by the pool. Overall, this is a great house! Highly recommend! It was exactly what this family needed!!!

My husband, friends, and I had an amazing time at this property! Check-in was a breeze, the house was clean, and the property was beautiful! We loved seeing the deer wondering around. Most definitely would stay here again!

Property was as described, no issues. Pool and house were clean and fully stocked with essentials.

House and property were perfect for our family of 6 for the long weekend. If you are in Round Rock/Cedar Park area and want to be within driving distance to Austin, this place is great. Close enough to I-35, groceries, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool mostly with temperatures reaching over 100. House was spotless on arrival, kitchen is nice but could use some upgrading on supplies. We made due, communicated with the owner and feel sure those few small gaps will be addressed. Our main problem was the master bedroom suite, while extra large and beautiful was significantly warmer than the rest of house. Owner stopped by but was unable to resolve, saying it’s just the way the design is. I suggested a portable a/c unit for those times it’s super hot outside. Would not be an issue rest of year. House is on well water, owner supplied ample bottled water for 6 people for 5 days. We never ran out and there were plenty of bottles left. One last note, the house is situated at the corner of a busy intersection. We could vaguely hear the traffic while outside but never while inside. House sits far back from both roads so you hardly know it’s there. It wasn’t a problem for us, just worth mentioning. One night we returned homeand there were five deer on property. Owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay again upon return visit.

This is a wonderful retreat The master suite is huge with spacious closets and bathroom. The living room has huge windows looking out on a tree covered patio and is a great place to hang out. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was chilly but we hung out on the deck in comfortable chairs. Everything in the house looked newly redone and updated. The owner brought us a grill at our request.
