Nettes Appartment aber nicht wie beschrieben

Der Vermieter sehr unfreundlich hat mich als Idioten beschimpft. Schlüsselsafe versteckt am Abend schlecht zu sehen. Kein eigenes Schlafzimmer vorhanden obwohl so in der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Auf das alles schriftlich angesprochen hat er mich Idioten genannt und nach Deutschland verflucht. Kein Benehmen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Am Abend schlechte Parkmöglichkeit in der nähe.

The shower is to small and the door didn’t lock or close ! We had to leave door open because it didn’t close handle was broken and door was to hard to pull to close ! Floor was dirty

Localisation parfaite, assez centrale et proche de plusieurs points touristiques. Entrée autonome pratique, chambre grande e spacieuse.

Pas très propre (il manquait un coup de balais, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche...) Nous n’avons pas du tout utilisé la cuisine, mais si vous comptez l’utiliser, il n’y a pas beaucoup d’équipements.

Very noisy, you can hear when someone is talking or walking above you - not recommended for sensetive sleepers

It was quiet, the owner was wonderful, and the pool was a welcome surprise, being that it was 95 degrees.

No complaints about anything

The studio apartment was just amazing. Amazing in size, comfortability, equipment - it was very nice. Our hosts, Julie and Mike were very helpful and friendly, left us with all the information before we arrived and left the place ready for us in a perfect, clean and ordered condition. The kitchen was easy to navigate, as a small recommendation to our hosts, we would appreciate more sharp knives (as cutting vegetables was a bit tricky haha:)), but it was very cozy place, in amazing, safe and calm area in the North of LA. We would definitely stay again if visiting LA. Thank you for making our experience so nice!

Private pool is really nice, the room is spacious.

The floor was dirty, there were dog hair on the couch, plastic plant in the room had bird poop on it, quite disgusting... When we checked in, the lockbox was empty (we got the instructions on the day of the arrival to get the key with a given code from that). I called the given number twice. The person I talked to at the end was quite rude, told me to check the door for the key, it must be there (as it would be obvious despite their instructions). The door was closed, and there was no key. My husband then rang on the front door, the owner was kind and immediately handed a key to us.

It’s nice and cozy. I liked it because it warm and silent. You can rest!!
