The front desk guy Anthony was so nice and hospitable.
Our door didn't lock, we had to make sure one of us stayed in the room at all times because all someone has to do is push the door and it opens. It changed the scope of our stay and we were unable to go out and enjoy a fireworks show or anything. We couldn't even change our room because by the time we discovered that the door wasn't closing all the way, we had already unpacked and taken showers and the evening guy would not change our room.

The ac did not cool in one of the two rooms we reserved. I let them know as soon as I arrived and I was told it should get cooler but it never cooled. I did let them know when I checked out.

The manager some woman told us we couldn't change a thing about our room since we booked it with booking.com that was stupid snd ridiculous. They should accommodate anyone who is staying in THEIR hotel. Dumb rule!

Location is excellent and while very dated our room was clean and the place has charm though courtyard is in disrepair and the rooms needs updating.
Bathroom was tiny. Poor management and front desk very unhelpful when our car keys were locked in restaurant that shares the hotel property. Very strange situation where they don't even have contact details with the person that shares property with them. Had to change travel plans and wait all day till 5.30 pm to even find out if rental car keys had been left at restaurant. Don't expect more than a bed for the night and avoid the restaurant.

Friendly staff, wifi, pool is nice, coffee maker in room.
When you have a room at the back you're directly next to the highway. Just be prepared

I stayed for a few days at this property as I was renovating my house and it was the closest place to stay . the rooms are decent , not the cleanest tho I checked out before a week and they charged me after a week 30 dollars for stained towels which is hilarious cause they are not my towels , they’ve sent me a picture too . this is so disrespectful I got a charge for someone’s else damage and it’s not only the charge it’s the disrespect of blaming someone for something that didn’t do especially when I’m a long term client . Never again !

it has lots of parking near by and close to convince stores.
the walls are so thin I could hear everything. the people above us were making so much noise as soon at my and my bf were going to sleep. the beds were also so uncomfortable
