Debbie was a kind and thoughtful host and her dog Moose is a sweetheart.
The guest house was terrific - perfect size, comfy bed, walk in closet, amazing shower and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really comfortable and clean accommodation.
The pool is lovely - I only wish we had had time for more than one swim. The neighbourhood is quiet and it’s a great location.
Thanks Debbie - I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Los Angeles and I’m looking forward to coming back!

I needed something to relax and have peace of mind in between a busy Los Angeles weekend and this place was everything I could ask. The host was very accommodating and greatly appreciated.

3 of us stayed there, the couch was big enough and comfortable for my teen daughter. The pool was amazing, poolside morning coffee watching the lizards was heavenly. Debbie was great with lots of good tips. Safe area close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly Doodle on site who will give snuggles if requested.

Myself and my friend had a wonderful time, Debra was so attentive. We had long talks short talks about alot of things. I felt like home away from.We were blessed to be able to use Debra's property and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the LA area try Debra.Thank you for our wonederful time away from home

Owner was pleasant and reachable. Property does not contain the spa tub it advertised. Really hoped to enjoy that! Owner didn't know that was advertised. Some mold on the bathroom floor. Overall, sufficient, but not ranked in our top third.

We were in town for work and wanted to extend our stay to explore LA without breaking the bank. This beautiful property was a win in every respect! Debbie was such a friendly host and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine, and we loved being within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery. Easy to hop onto the highway to explore other areas too. Thank you Debbie for sharing this lovely spot - it made our weekend!

This rental is a studio apartment. Has comfortable accommodations and very clean. You can cook in the kitchen. We did not. Great shower. Loved sitting out by the pool even though it was too cool for us to try it. Great location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, shopping. The rental , location and friendly landlord met all of our needs. Debbie is a wonderful landlord. We’ll definitely rent again if it’s available. Thanks Debbie. Hope to see you again.

Debbie has a lovely property near Hollywood and many exciting offerings in Los Angeles! Her unit is clean and comfortable with many amenities. Most importantly Debbie is an awesome host; she was welcoming and offered tips on exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay - clean, spacious and peaceful accomodation. Great part of town, close to good coffee, food, shopping and then a short drive to the main sights. The host Debra was really friendly yet respectful of privacy which is a great balance to strike! And always responsive with our questions which we appreciated. Will stay again!

We had the best stay at the cozy bungalow. Debra was amazing. We arrived just in time for the first hurricane in Los Angeles history so that was awesome. Debra made sure we were safe and had emergency lighting just in case the power went out. The room is well appointed. Cooking facilities are just what a person needs to make simple meals. Stay overall was just great.

The place was just as described. My partner had seen the listing over a year ago when planning a birthday trip. It got booked before he made up his mind and was super bummed. When he started planning this trip, we saw it was available and jumped on it. SOOO glad we did. The location is great. I was working from home and there was no shortage of coffee nearby. We were there on a VERY warm week and the pool was an amazing way to end my workday. I highly recommend Debbie’s place.

Debbie's place in Valley Village is a perfect spot to experience the Valley. It is centrally located and in a quiet walkable neighborhood. The casa is very functional with a large shower with great water pressure. Debbie was welcoming when we arrived and quickly provided answers to my questions.
It was very private even though a guest house on her property. I would definitely return here again!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting friends and family that had moved out to LA. Debbie’s place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and homey. Truly 5 stars. The neighborhood is residential but walkable to some shops and restaurants. We rented a car while here and Debbie let us park on her driveway. LA is such a large city but the rental is located within a 30 minute drive (traffic depending) to many attractions like Beverly Hills, the Getty, Griffith observatory, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. Thanks again for the great stay!

Host was really nice! Met us at the property and gave us a tour and some ice. I was worried about the noise from the freeway but I didn’t hear a thing and slept like a baby. Comfy bed, great water pressure, Netflix, beautiful patio and pool. Location is only about 7 min to some AMAZING restaurants in studio city area!

Super-comfortable studio, well-supplied with everything, spacious, right off a beautiful pool area, in a wonderful residential neighborhood. The host Debbie lives in the main house and was right there for any questions or problem we might have had. We loved everything about this stay!

Perfect little spot! It was right down the street from where my sister lives when I came to visit her new baby! The bed was super comfy with really nice sheets and pillows! The little kitchenette had everything you could need. The shower was huge and plenty of hot water. The closet was huge with a ton of extra blankets and towels.

I was flying to CA for the first time ever to visit our son, who had recently relocated to Los Angeles, and I purposely chose a property where the owner also resided for safety reasons. I was very happy with my stay. Debbie and her son Ben were super friendly and responsive, and checked in with me during the week to make sure that everything was ok with the property. The house is in a safe neighborhood and located within walking distance to a very nice grocery store and several places to eat. I had everything that I needed to stay for the week, and also had plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay here again!
