Places were close to where we were at

Room 703E was dirty when we arrived. The carpets was not vacuumed and the coach was dirty along with the grit on the kitchen counter tops. if you charge us a cleaning fee then it needs to be cleaned when we arrive. The top bunch bed mattress had blood stains on it that was gross. The room was hot because we couldn't control our room temperature and yes we had the curtains closed.

location and the view were outstanding. would consider coming back, we had an issue and Haley took care of it right away. she was wonderful.

some of the Tikki bars and restaurants were closed till March 1, we totally understand but it would have been fun if they were open.

I like how the property was beachfront. The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff was not very friendly. The condo could have been cleaner than it was. Floors were dirty when we walked in so we re cleaned the condo after arriving. Towels were worn out and dirty.

I liked that the property is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is very pretty. The condo had many board games and a pretty big tv.

When we got to the parking lot we didn’t know where we were supposed to go. It took us around 30 minutes to find out room. I called the customer service number and got recordings. Finally I went to a lobby and they directed me to where we needed to go. When we got to the room we found that the door closing mechanism was broken making it hard to open the door the whole way. The condo had pretty old furniture and the decorations were very dated. The main room’s bathroom’s tub was clogged so it would take a while for the water to drain. Once you were done with showering, there would be water leaking from the sink that would leave a puddle. The bathrooms looked like they had been painted but you could tell that the place was very old. The pullout couch’s mattress was very uncomfortable and old. I could not find extra bed linen to dress it. The bunk beds were only for small children. The condo that I thought I was renting said that it slept 6 adults. The day we left, the maid came to clean the condo at 9am when checkout time was supposed to be at 11am.
