Espaço interno excelente. Limpeza. Tinha o necessário para uma estadia. E varanda com vista para o Canal de Ilhabela.
Na lateral da cama pode ter um móvel com abajur. Estacionamento dentro do local, embora a rua ser tranquila e com facilidade de estacionar.

RECEPÇÂO IMPECAVEL EM TERMOS DE EDUCAÇÃO E EFICIENCIA. A EQUIPE DE MENINAS, MIRIAM, MARCIA E NICOLE NOS TRATARAM COM MUITA ATENÇÃO. NOS INDICARAM PASSEIOS, SUPER SOLÍTICAS.

Instalações novas e espaçosas, ar condicionado funcionando, vista muito bonita, piscina ampla e aquecida.
Há muitos apartamentos e poucas vagas de garagem, e não é tão fácil estacionar por ali. Recomendo os apartamentos com vaga.

O lugar é muito bonito, os móveis e eletrodomésticos são bem mantidos e parecem novos. Os quartos são de bom tamanho, as camas são confortáveis, e os banheiros são bons.
Não era possível tomar banho nos dois banheiros ao mesmo tempo sem cair o disjuntor. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto parou de funcionar e só ia poder ser arrumado em um dia útil. A janela elétrica do quarto que os meus filhos estavam usando emperrou. Posso ter tido azar com o meu quarto. Para o nível de qualidade que a propriedade tenta atingir (dado o preço e as amenidades existentes) ter uma pessoa que pode arrumar um ar condicionado do quarto 24 horas por dia 7 dias por semana é necessário. Foi oferecido um quarto novo (por isso a nota não é menor que 9). Mas é um apartamento com cozinha, dois quartos, dois banheiros. Estávamos em dois adultos e duas crianças. Mover tudo que já estava espalhado pelo apartamento, incluindo as comidas na geladeira, roupas molhadas, etc... não era uma opção muito conveniente. A vontade de serem excepcionais está lá, falta pouco para merecerem a nota máxima.

Apartment was very good with all the facilities needed and its very close to the beach.plus the staff was super friendly. They allowed early check-in and late check out up on request.
The bed was weird felt there was something wrong. We felt itching in the body.
No breakfast is disadvantage as you don't have good breakfast options near by

The most amazing thing about this accommodation are the sea views and the sunsets that can be seen every evening from the pool deck or the apartment's balcony. But other things to like are the friendly staff, the location a short walk away from the beach and many restaurants and the well-equipped 2 bedroomed apartment we booked.
It would have been nice to have someone clean at least once during our 4 night stay, and at least empty the toilet bins. A kettle would have been nice in the kitchen. Also, the second bedroom didn't have side tables, meaning that you have to leave your devices charging on the floor. :(

Great location, view and space.
Showers are not very good, beds are not made upon your arrival and my friend broke a cheap glass and was charged for it (not even an Airbnb host would ever charge for that). No bedside tables or table lamps either.

We loved everything, it was a great apartment, filled with everything you need for a family get away. Spacious rooms and balconies, great views, comfortable beds, great showers, just perfect!
There was nothing we didn't like. We would love to have stayed longer but had to cut our visit short due to covid restrictions in the UK. Highly recommend the team and the apartments. If I had to say anything which needed to be changed or upgraded, it would be reduce the spacious seating area around the pool and make the pool larger. Oh and add some bedroom furniture such as somewhere to hang and put clothing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, he apartment was clean and very nice. My family was very happy with the comfort of the beds and we loved the swimming pool.
The location is not bad but you have to take the car to go to the center to shop or to go to the nicest beaches but obviously it’s an island so we expected that.
