os banheiros precisam de uma atenção, nada que tenha me desagradado, mas ele é “mal distribuído”

Desde a recepção às instalações, simplesmente amei TUDOO. A equipe da recepção sempre super atenciosos.

Não tem nada do que eu não tenha gostado.

Os quartos vizinhos e do altos faziam barulho depois do horário permitido, uma das cama onde fica o beliche estava com mal cheiro de xixi

Tudo maravilhoso! zero defeito quarto limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso e com bastante variedades, piscinas uma delícia e a vista é surreal muito linda. Funcionários nota dez. Passeios e praia muito bom. Esse lugar é o verdadeiro paraíso, voltarei mais vezes

Horário permitido para sair da piscina é muito cedo

Fomos em um dia de semana passar a lua de mel tava muito tranquilo do jeito que queriamos.

1- We booked the room Deluxe because we wanted more space as we have a baby. However, for our surprise the toilet was horrible, small, dirty, extremelly old, the ceiling super short, simply impossible to accept to use it. So we requested at the reception another room with a better toilet. They gave us a cheaper room with a toilet looking better, but they did not give us the refund for the amount we paid additional for the Deluxe. 2- Very bad breakfast, almost nothing fresh, only cakes were fresh, but the breads, fruits and everything else was old. 3- Too much noise from the fridge inside the room, we had three bedrooms (counting our friends) and everyone had to turn off the fridge because it was impossible to sleep. 4- Too much noise from the street (motorcycles) - the location is near the center, but it is not positive because it is on the main street. 5- The flush in the three toilets don't have enough pressure, so we had to flush it 5-10 times, disaster! 6- Bedroom number 24 had it sink in the toilet clogged. 7- There is no way to heat up water in the bedroom, no kettle, no microwave, nothing. We have a small baby and we had to go down to the reception to heat up the water in the middle of the night to prepare milk for our baby, and the microwave at the bar where they told us to heat it, was disgusting, dirty and smelly. 8- There is only 1 hairdryer for all the rooms, which needs to be taken at the reception and given back till 2 pm next day, as a lending. 9-The photos of the place are deceiving, it looks like a small resort on the photos, big illusion, it is horrible, not worth half of the price. 10- They charged 10% additional of the amount stated on the booking, it is mentioned on booking that they "Can" charge it for services in case of full occupancy, which was not the case, there was just us and one more family (one more room occupied) during our stay.
