Localização excelente com área de café da manhã em frente à praia. Área especial para trabalho remoto com tomadas e WI-FI. Café da manhã muito bom com diversos tipos de pães e frutas variadas. Dois tipos de sucos e equipe à disposição para fazer tapioca ou omelete aos hóspedes. Piscinas maravilhosas com aquecimento e em frente ao mar.
O restaurante poderia oferecer almoço e jantar, pois o espaço é ótimo e teria público à disposição para consumo.

A pousada é bonita, localizada em frente a uma pracinha, vista linda! O quarto é grande e confortável. Boa localização para quer for ficar hospedado com carro disponível para rodar a ilha. Café da manhã gostoso, porém nada de mais.
Entramos na piscina somente no primeiro dia. A maior piscina estava turva e com manchas no fundo. As outras duas ficaram turvas nos demais dias e não tivemos mais coragem de entrar. Não vimos muito capricho na limpeza do quarto.

Atendimento muito bom! O funcionário Bruno deu boas dicas sobre a ilha. Localização perfeita, perto da balsa e beira mar. É disponibilizado bicicletas para andarmos na ciclovia. Estacionamento próprio que facilita para quem chega na Ilha de carro.

Café da manhã bom, funcionários excelente. ( menos a moça que faz as tapiocas, antipatia em pessoa, grossa, e desfaz do cliente e não atende com educação igual aos outros funcionários)
Referente a acomodação do quarto não foi como esperávamos, cama péssima, televisão muito pequena, quarto muito pequeno, para acomodar um casal e uma criança. Acho que a cama foi o mais ruim, cama de casal tem uma divisória no meio e isso é horrível para um casal dormir juntos. Também falta uma área para as crianças brincarem, não tem nada para entreter. Academia uma poça vergonha, não tem equipamento, nem uma esteira que seria o básico!

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Simples, mas com tudo o que a gente sempre quer (tápiocas, omeletes, bolos, sucos, pães variados, croissant e pão de queijo quentinho), sem contar a simpatia de toda a equipe.
O quarto extremamente limpo e com uma visão para o mar maravilhosa.
Todos muito simpaticos, inclusive os proprietários da Vila das Velas, que tive o prazer de conhecer...
De ter que ir embora...

Vila das Velas is beautiful property. It was spotless and staff were very friendly. Our room was in the main building and the balcony was so lush and green. We sat out there quite a bit and found it very peaceful. We didn’t have the best weather when there so we loved the 3 pools while raining. the bar staff were very friendly, somehow they made the best caipirinhas I’ve had throughout Brazil and Portugal!
The hotel went above and beyond for New Year’s Eve when they surprised us with a huge complimentary gift basket with sparkling wine, champagne glasses and so many snacks. It was such an unexpected gesture.

lots of noise, especially from the ferry. You hear them inside the rooms (we had a bungalow). Staff know very little English. Location is so-so, quite a walk to the town.

the breakfast service was amazing , fresh breads , fresh fruites , hot coffee , fresh squeezed juice , plenty of choices for all types of appetites and the dining area was nice and clean. It was nice to see they had bicycles you could sign out for the day .

Great place with a fantastic staff. I really recommend this place. The pool is very relaxing with a great view and the bar helps you to enjoy it. It is possible to take massages, which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and gave us very nice tips about what to do and where to go.
