Have very good internet, and enough heat in the suite

TV programs are not ok,the kitchen insufficiently equipped with spices, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar

Good location with food store in the basement,

Very comfortable, warm and spacious. Great for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Kitchen area was very clean and there is a supermarket next door. Lidl also very close. Free parking. Borovets is a short 15-20 minute drive. We parked in Borovets for 10 lev a day, right next to the piste so it was very easy with the children getting going in the morning and returning at the end of a good days skiing.

Samokov town was a little disappointing but there are some excellent restaurants on the road to Borovets and others dotted around (we checked trip advisor). You really need a car if you are using the apartment as a base for activities in Borovets. Photos suggested apartments had washing machines but ours didn’t. Wasn’t really a problem though.

The Internet stopped working after first night, only one tv in the kitchen and none in the rooms with the beds, the bigger room was a bit colder than the others, big set of stairs

Quite place, with mini market at the building, near the city center (using the pedestrian bridge)

No air-conditioning but using the windows things were much better.
