In tropical temple we felt right at home. The garden and architecture is beautiful and we don‘t regret buying the upgrade of the deluxe bungalow at all. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. They made our stay even more special. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere of the place. For us, it was the perfect first stop in the Philippines. Thanks especially to Jessica for being so kind and helpful. Hope to be back someday 💭

Dorm bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. There are big lockers for bags. The dorm has 10 beds with en-suite bathroom (2 toilets and 1 shower - cold water only). Occasionally there is a wait to use the shower. Swimming pool was nice. Restaurant onsite was a convenient food option and food was fine, albeit during busy periods the food took up to 45 minutes to be served. Restaurant was kind enough to cater to different dietary requirements. Smoking is allowed in the dining/common area unfortunately. Bring your own towels, or rent one from the hostel. Wifi was OK, could be better in the dorm room.

The private rooms have a drying rack outside their units but there is no drying line or rack for the dorm, so a lot of wet clothing and towels hanging around the shared bathroom and inside the dorm. I made a reservation to rent a scooter from the hostel for the following day. In the morning, when I approached reception, the staff told me that the scooter had a problem and needed to go to the workshop. These things happen, but I found it extremely annoying and disappointing that the staff had made zero effort to find an alternative. Only after asking them did they suddenly mention that they have a few contacts they can reach out to, and it took another hour for them to find another scooter. Based on my experience, their scooter rental service is unreliable and subpar.

Virkelig smukt indrettet Resort med gode faciliteter. Dejlig pool, virkelig god morgenmad, fine værelser og venlig personale. Roligt sted.

Desværre var poolbaren ikke i brug, men skulle desværre betale for poolhåndklæder. Det ligger et stykke fra byen, så man måtte tage tuktuk eller selv have scooter ind, men det var egentlig fint. Man kan gå.

Really nice tropical style which is different to your average hostel. The food here is great and especially the fruit smoothies, give them a try!

Private bathroom was mediocre, cold shower but always clean and tidy

Nur eine Dusche für 10 Personen im Schlafsaal, zwei Toiletten (wobei sich nur eine davon abschließen ließ), starker Lärm von Handwerkern am Morgen, extrem Laute und rücksichtslose Gäste in meinem Schlafsaal die sich teilweise schon ab 4 Uhr morgens lautstark im Zimmer unterhalten haben (dafür kann das Hostel an sich nichts), Jalousie vor dem Bett lässt seitlich relativ viel Licht durch, sodass man sich vom Licht anderer Gäste gestört fühlte. Ich habe also alles in allem keinen guten Schlaf gehabt, was aber größtenteils nicht am Hostel, sondern an den Gästen lag.

The room is well organized with a straight hall and capsule bunks. Lockers are huge.

A 10 bed dorm shares a single toilet and the stairs to the top bunk is a safety hazard. Shower clogs. Renting bikes or scooter from the property is overpriced. I rented a bicycle that was in terrible condition which broke down. Hot shower does not work very well.

The location is picture perfect. But the room i was assigned to has cockroaches in the shower. And during night, the roof not really comfortable vecause i can hear something scratching maybe a cat or mouse cause this is a nippa roof. Shower is not good enough. Its a bit cold and temperature is not consistent in our room. But in my friends room, it is okay.

One of the best hostel I've stayed in Siargao. If you're looking for a resort vibes accommodation I would highly recommend this place. The pool was also great and the wifi connections is also stable!

The staff needs to smile more. During my stay, there were a lot of people in the pool that are not staying in the hostel and they were so noisy that the actual guest couldn't enjoy the pool area anymore.

Nothing. Expectations vs reality moment upon entering the premises. The pictures are far from reality. They really hype people and I hope what they advertise is true to itself.

Room was smelly Toilet not clean. Low water pressure. Heater is not working well. Even water pressure on the toilet bowl is liw.have to wait minutes to fill up water so we could flush it. Disappointing experience. No fridge.no tv. Pillows and bedsheets are smelly..towels are old.got stains.what was disappointing was there's a day they change the towel into a home towel..damn. what a shame. Pool was dirty. Eww. Gues they dont clean it everyday.

The staff was very welcoming and available to answer any question. Amazing breakfast/food/drinks. Friendly and laid-back environment! I would highly recommend a stay there, it felt like home!

you need a scooter or bike to move around as it is not in General Luna. Nothing else bad, but it is also nice to be closer to the local village!

The location is in between cloud 9 and general Luna so great as both assessable! We walked somedays it took around 20-25 mins or a tuk tuk was 30 pesos each- so cheap! The resort itself was super nice and clean. The dorm room was spacious, cleaned frequently throughout the day. The pillows were sooooo comfy! I slept so well here. The staff here were also helpful in organising tours for us.

I ordered breakfast one day and it took 1.5 hours.. and when it came the pancakes were undercooked. I didn’t rate the food they served you can get much better in general Luna/cloud 9 area. The shower was freezing cold, no heating. The pool area was nice but only around 8 sun loungers so you have to get there early to secure one!

-horrible wifi (actually it never worked for me) -dirty swimming pool -music in the lobby so loud and you can hesr evrrything from the room -they dont clean the bathroom of the room -if you complain about the noise of rude guests, the dont move you. -the light inside the dorm rooms are so strong, like a led, you can relax with that light
