The condo was conveniently located to Saugatuck and our wedding venue at the Cottage on The Ravines Golf course. Condo was quietly secluded on its own lot and had all the amenities we needed. Space was clean and bright with tons of windows. Would totally rent this space again. Thank you Sandra.

Visiting Holland for the 2023. Tulip Festival. Saugutuck and Peterson Creek was a welcome retreat to end each day after the traffic and crowds everywhere in Holland. Every possible need and comfort in this immaculate property was provided.. Only negative was the the request from VRBO to enter ,6 digit code after arrival. Wasted almost a half an hour entering codes, confirming I am not a robot, only to get the INVALID code response 11 times. Great rental, would definitely recommend or book when I may be in the area again. Easy to get to, quite and secluded.

Went with my parents and 9 years old son to see the tulip show. The location was so convenient! Less than a mile away from Saugatuck downtown area and about 15 minutes drive to Holland.
The check in process was easy and fast, description manager provided was to the T.
Spacious and clean, we had initially 6 people but my husband and older son could not make it last minute, so the 4 of us enjoyed all the space and ended up not even using one floor :)
Overall would love to rent it again on our summer beach trip !

Perfect place for our girls getaway! Condo was exactly as described. Quiet surroundings and still close to downtown Saugatuck. Binder with information was very handy. Would definitely book here again!

It was a little hard to find at first because navigation kept telling us to turn right when it should have been left. But we did find it. And all was just as it said online. Lots of cooking utensils was good. We cooked Thanksgiving meal there and it all turned out great. Plenty of room for our family.

This is a duplex and we rented both sides for a wedding weekend. This was the perfect location for a wedding at the Ivy House. The condo was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of space to get ready. Absolutely, no complaints!

This spacious condo was perfect for our Labor Day minibreak in Saugatuck. Two full baths, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, charming outdoor space, pristinely clean. The only minor frustrations were poor accessibility on the Dish TV and some confusion around how to walk downtown from the property. Everything else was wonderful and we highly recommend. The property manager was responsive and helpful. A lovely stay overall.

Great Stay
Stay lived up to our expectations. Very clean, quiet, and the right distance from downtown to take make this a good value. Really appreciated the suggestions for local activities. The pack n play was damaged but the host ensured we received a working one within 10 minutes. Thanks again!

Fantastic Experience
This was our third trip to the Saugatuck area but the first time staying at this property. It was great for our family of four. The property owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had prior to arrival and check-in was easy. Very clean upon arrival. Enjoyed having access to the garage to park our vehicle, and the location made it very convenient to get to downtown Saugatuck. Our kids were able to utilize the downstairs living room to play with toys, and as a family of four, we had more than enough space. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location
Very nicely appointed townhome in a nice area and a short distance to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Home is roomy and easily accommodates several adults, has a nice deck and large yard.

It was perfect for us
This was a perfect place for our sister’s trip. Close to everything, quiet, and plenty of space for us to have our own rooms and comfortably sit around and socialize. A really wonderful place to stay in the area.

Excellent stay
This place was perfectly clean throughout the property, which is impressive because I tend to have high standards for cleanliness. It was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and very conveniently located to downtown Saugatuck and Holland. The bedroom in the lower level did get very cold, and some extra blankets and a space heater available in the unit would have been appreciated.

Getaway weekend
We used this time to do a little sightseeing, a little shopping, and relax with close family and friends. It was perfect for sitting and talking, cooked a little, and enjoyed restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away. Perfect!

Weekend stay
Condo is updated, clean and very cozy. Everything we needed (except extra kitchen garbage bags and a pair of scissors). TV took a little getting use to but we figured it out. Great walking/biking path along the main road and only a little over a mile to the downtown area. Had a great deck off the main living area and a nice patio off the lower level but unfortunately it was a little chilly to use. We would stay at this condo again.

A perfect getaway spot
My husband and I, along with two buddies of ours, just spent three nights in this lovely rental property. Our host, Sandra, was very prompt and helpful in all communications throughout the process. Upon our arrival, the unit was immaculately clean and every bit as nice as the photos had led us to believe. We enjoyed the remote location, several blocks away from the hubbub of downtown Saugatuck, and yet just minutes away by car, also having easy access to the Blue Star Highway. It was nice to be in Saugatuck as the season was winding down, avoiding summertime crowds. Everything about our stay was top-notch. Our thanks to Sandra for maintaining the property in such a professional manner.

Nice rental
Plenty of room, clean and just minutes to town for restaurants and shopping. Quick trip to the beach, too! Nicely furnished and the owners were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, perfect for a girls weekend!
This property was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of space/beds for our moms getaway!! Sandra was great to work with. With COVID 19 we decided to cancel a month before our trip and got a full refund. As things started opening up again we rescheduled again 2 weeks later! So glad we did!!

Was a very nice condo to stay at. Fitted six of us with ease. Do wish there was another bathroom downstairs. Being connected to another condo we did not hear them. Very easy getting to. Good parking. Would use again.
