Muito fácil comunicação com o proprietário; apartamento espaçoso; localização central, que permite a uns minutos a pé chegar a diversos restaurantes, supermercados, praias; a cozinha é muito bem equipada; as camas e almofadas mesmo muito confortáveis.
Há restaurantes/bares perto com música ao vivo durante a noite e para quem queira deitar-se cedo e não consiga adormecer com barulho, pode ser menos conveniente.

Le falta algo de limpieza sobre todo en los baños. Al igual que debería disponer el apartamento de cosas básicas como sal / aceite / vinagre etc etc en muchos apartamentos disponen de ello y así facilitan al usuario la entrada.

Large apartment in the center. Three separate bedrooms, there is everything you need.
Very noisy from morning to late evening. Opposite the construction site, work starts at 8 am. Until one in the morning music plays in neighboring restaurants. The windows are so thin that it seems that all this is happening near you!

Great communication, we asked for a heater, we got it immediately. The apartment had everything we needed.

Location is perfect! Good parking lot few hundred meters from the apartment. Apartment was very cosy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely shower, beds were very comfortable. Host was very nice and friendly. They had everything we needed in kitchen.

Cristina is an amazing host! We were in touch many times for details on my new life in Puerto de la Cruz. I booked her place because it was perfectly located and everything on walking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by. The apartment was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, good beds and great showers. The kitchen had everything you needed. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine was super!
I stayed with a friend and my two cats. Cristina was a tremendous help as well to have things prepared for my two cats. Without her help my first 10 days in Puerto de la Cruz would be much less comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Price-quality it's very worthwhile.
At the end of the street there's life music from 20.00 till 00.00. I stayed for 10 nights and found the repetitive songs a little too much. However if you stay for a few nights it ads the right holiday vibe.
