Rooms were clean Pool bar staff were lovely

Location was hilly, slippery and dangerous Terrible food Awful snacks available on all inclusive package No tea or coffee in the room, can’t even get water before breakfast starts Air con didn’t work Pool area is very very slippery Hotel is used by schools/clubs, a lot a children around that appear to be unsupervised.

it provides mass accommodation to college students, noisy at night, shouting from balconies to pool side, slamming of doors in the early hours, taking over the pool area in afternoons when they returned from morning class. This does not sit alongside what holiday makers want or need during a vacation. This completely spoilt our stay. A written complaint to the manager remains unanswered after 6 days. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was FULL of students who had no respect for other guests.Didnt even get in the pool as they were so roudy. Couldn't sleep at night due to them shouting and screaming all night long

Nice pool, and the view to the sea.

I booked a room in this hotel for one night to make my flight. The staff were nice and kind, the room was recently renovated and very clean, and the pool area looked good. The location was convenient for uptown Puerto de la Cruz, but my room on the first floor had a persistent smell of drain and view of a back alley wall. It also seemed that the place was undergoing renovations. Overall, the experience was a bit depressing. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday.

The customer service made this place. The workers treated you like family.

The air conditioner was not good and we were sweating. The internet was choppy but was okay. They don’t give irons or microwave.

The bed was good. The balcony was good too.

The food in the hotel was very bad, at least most of it. Bad coffee, canned carrot instead of fresh, and the fried eggs were partially uncooked. The swimming pool was much smaller than what the pictures made it seem.

Good value for money. The pool facilities are in a lovely location and catch the sun. The upper pool is then available in the afternoons if required. The pool bar staff were excellent as were the reception staff, who always went out of their way to help you. Loads of choice for the brekkie. The reception staff will also organise car rental for you.

The wifi wasn't great at times. I had to hotspot off my phone for a meeting. The location is nice as you have great access to the cliffs for walks etc when you turn left out of the hotel. If you want to go down to the beach and promenade you have to go down a load of steps (and I mean a load of steps). I would recommend that you come back by the road! Great for exercise though.

Housekeeping needs to keep an eye at Bathroom's products. Hand soap was empty
