The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the city center. Nice and clean.

The fan was loud, but it was not a big problem because the outside climate is ok to have the window open.

Room size is good enough with big bathroom. Little bit off the road, but not far from city attraction. Have own bike rental. Good lobby. Very cooperative and informed staff, with little English knowledge,but trying best to understand and convince satisfactory.

The real name of the hotel for the purpose of arriving there is Saigon’s Book Hotel Dalat - this will show up in Google maps. The name listed here on Booking - Capital O 585 doesn’t show up on the map and the address given here on Booking.com is of a private house half a km away. I only eventually found the hotel by luck - even when I messaged the hotel to tell them I and my driver were lost they still sent me an incorrect address. The bathroom has a drainage problem that can’t really fixed because it’s to do with the floor sloping in the wrong direction so it is impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.

Very helpful receptionists. We arrived quite early and they accommodated us with an early check in.The rooms were clean and the location was good too!

As the room didn't have an AC, it was quite cold the whole night. The bathroom wasn't set right for the water to get out. The water was draining out post the shower and we had to mop it everytime.

bathroom shower has some trouble for the water evacuation. otherwise, all is good
