Breakfast was minimal. I

We paid for twin bedroom but they had none except for a family room at the front. Btw, there is no lift so very taxing. We took that but then the traffic was very bad in the day and night. The night club opposite, were very very loud. It went on all night until 6am! We asked to be moved. We were given a room on 4th floor with twin bed and view into the dark courtyard and the ceiling is wooden. Above is a kitchen of a restaurant! Not soundproof as mentioned ! We can heard the loud footsteps and even the liquidiser whirring was loud! We had no choice but to stay put because my husband was sick with diarrhoea. It was disappointing. However the staffs were very kind. We moved to another hotel.

This place is in a great location. You can easily walk to the main square, the boardwalk, and a lot of good restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, near the city centre and the plaza de armas. Staff are kind and helpful.

Breakfast was everything but not an English breakfast, very simply composed and quickly empty with almost not filling. The wifi is a catastrophe! You need to remind several times staff to get what you need.
