Breakfast is repetitive. And the cost of a stay is a little more than it should be for the quality.

The location is the only decent feature.

Rooms are quite simple and Aircon is noisy as hell. No hot water. When I claimed about the hot water they gave me a room that had less value of the amount I have paid. This hotel is the worst in Iquitos.

I enjoyed the balcony. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water. Very clean

The floors were the only thing I didn't enjoy coming out of a shower,. Slippery cause of the tiles. For breakfast you only got to pick whether you want scrambled eggs or fried. If you don't like them runny you have to really specify that. There is no fruits like what they show In the photo, toast eggs juice coffee tea that's all.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fellow guests were quite loud in the hallways. Whittling and talking most of the night.

Everything except the fact that they didn't respect what have been agreed, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.

We gave 5 stars few days ago and liked the hotel very much. So we decided to return after our 3 days in the jungle and before leaving, we checked with the reception if a specific room is free for our dates and booked that room. When we came back, we've been given another room because the one we booked was not available. This is unprofessional.
