Acceptable but when I went for breakfast the second day almost all plates were empty and very slow refill! Not acceptable when there was still one hour left for breakfast!

Staff is super helpful and accomodating. There is good wifi in the rooms. The location is very good. The street in front of the hotel was being renovated and was all sand and dirt, and still the hotel was sparkling clean.
A better English language knowledge would make it easier for guests like me although technology does help and they know how to use it.

We had the worst night ever at any hotel so far, and the hotel owners didn't care at all, and made no effort to compensate.
We stayed here because of the AC, that is needed in Iquitos. But the AC in our room didn't work, Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to stay in out room while the technician tried to sort it out at night , but they couldn't, so we had to stay in what could be described as a sauna.
When we asked supervisor at check out day after how they would compensate, they had no interest what so ever, and was told they have no policy of compensation...
There are many hotels in Iquitos, pick another, because this place takes no responsibility for their mistakes.
