Perfect For Game Weekends!
Cette retraite de campagne est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent une véritable escapade d'une journée de jeu. Situé sur 2 acres à seulement 5, 9 miles de Kyle Field et à moins d'un mile du parking gratuit de The Grid et de Veteran's Park. Une ambiance champêtre privée tout en étant proche de tout Aggieland.
Cette retraite à aire ouverte offre 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, pouvant accueillir 6-8 personnes. Il y a suffisamment de lits pour dormir confortablement 6 et il y a aussi des lits aérodynamiques disponibles sur demande pour plus. Master a un lit ergonomique réglable double king size. L'autre chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre - deux lits jumeaux. Beaucoup d'espace de cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une cuisinière à gaz pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Un barbecue à gaz est fourni sur le patio arrière pour ceux qui souhaitent «griller». La tanière spacieuse offre une télévision de 60 pouces et de nombreux sièges pour suivre le jeu! Une grande table de salle à manger offre de nombreux sièges pour 8 personnes. Les planchers de bois franc récemment ajoutés et les comptoirs en béton uniques contribuent à donner une touche unique à la maison. Le patio avant est parfait pour un verre de vin ou une tasse de café le matin et vous verrez probablement certains des nombreux cerfs qui errent à travers la propriété. La nuit, profitez du patio arrière sous les étoiles ou allumez les lumières de la fête pour un groupe. Il y a beaucoup de parking pour ceux qui arrivent dans plusieurs voitures peuvent facilement aller et venir.

Four of us came down from Washington state to watch the Notre Dame football game. The home is well furnished [- the rooms clean, enough beds and bathrooms. Essentially, the home is comfortable. Other than sleeping, we spent limited time at the house but the bunny rabbits were only slightly skittish in the yard. The location is convenient to Texas A&M, only a couple miles off campus, ~1 mile east of Rudder Freeway off Harvey road. Our only complaint is that we were never really able to figure out the television system - but we weren't there to watch TV.

The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. The house was very nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We really appreciated the location and property, being very near to town, but just out enough to be almost rural. It was a quiet, peaceful area. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and easy to reach. We had a wonderful short stay, and I’d definitely be willing to book there again and would love to stay for a longer time.

The house was well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and cozy. The front and back porch areas were great. The dining table inside accommodated our large group for dining and games. The location is a short drive to Texas A&M. The host was immediately responsive to the one question I asked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Very nice home , beautiful and clean just as described , , loved the open concept ! My son Had a wonderful graduation dinner with family , loved the huge backyard , we were lucky to have a beautiful day ,, perfect for grilling steaks ,, only a little weird for us to see so many personal stuff in refrigerator and drawers but other than that had a wonderful time !!! Beautiful property
We had a fabulous time in College Station. My daughter received her ring and we had some friends over to the house afterwards. The house was great and the yard was perfect for outdoor games we brought. I would definitely rent this home again.

The house overall served our purpose well. It was an older home. The owner allowed us to have our cadets over and feed them which was our sole purpose of being there that weekend. She was VERY accommodating and VERY NICE!! The backyard is quiet and private. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms were ok. There were a few issues with the house though. The ac started leaking the first night. She had to come the next morning to look at. We could tell this wasn’t the first time this has happened. The window in the second bathroom was disgusting when it was opened up. Also there was an issue with the laundered sheets in one of the guest rooms

4 of us traveled to College Station to watch Texas A&M play Alabama. House is in a nice, quiet location. The owner was prompt on getting back to us with any questions. The home is just as pictured and it easily accommodated the 4 of us. A great place to stay if you are in town to see the Aggies!!

Great private location. Very pretty lot, lots of trees, big backyard for dogs to play. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only negative was bad smell coming from garage, and would suggest to make a little more room in fridge for guests groceries. Other than that, really liked the nice quiet location. Very safe area.

We rented this home during our son and daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. One graduated Thursday afternoon, the other Friday morning. Location was great for getting to/from Reed Arena!! Had family over for dinner Friday night. Had plenty of room for parking. Sat outside that evening and enjoyed the peacefulness!! Carol was very flexible with our check in/check out needs...

Comfortable family home
Our family enjoyed our stay the weekend of the LSU game. Our 5 year old grandson played with the toys that were available. Carol was nice to have a crib set up for our 5 month old grand daughter. Plenty of room. Very comfortable for a group of 7 adults & 2 children.
