Monica was amazing. She made us home made scones for breakfast with fruit. Super sweet woman. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Beautiful old home built in early 1900’s hosted by a friendly accommodating owner who always placed our comfort and privacy first in our stay.
As we used the property as a staging for our days of fishing in Roscoe, the ability to cook our meals, including our catches of fresh trout for dinner, left us feeling so at home that we invited our hostess to share our evening meals- it was as if we were sharing our meal with family.
A return stay would be an easy decision.

The apartment was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. Monica, our host, was friendly and helpful.

The house is Beautiful and the pictures do it no justice . The host is a 10 out of 10!!!
Not much maybe not the best food locally, but the Munson diner was above average.

owner was very pleasant + helpful. Plenty of room for 2 couples for our one night stay. Location was fairly close drive to Woodstock Museum + a great Greek Restaurant.

Owner was so nice! We both had tickets to the same show and I would have suggested we go together had they been in the same place. Home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and was truly like staying in your own home.

Would have liked to be able to control the heat on our own vs. asking the owner to adjust it for us during our stay.

Near perfect upstairs, full service two bedroom apartment.
Three things. Place smelled musty. The owner had yet to turn on the heat so it was abnormally cool to cold. The location and town was not noteworthy.

Amazing experience. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. The Host (Monica) is so thoughtful. She is very nice and helpful. We would go back and if you are considering it, I would certainly recommend it. Best place we have stayed in a long time.

The owner and her assistant were very responsive to our questions and greeted us warmly. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed.
