Hotel staff. Food was excellent

Breakfast was expensive. I've been to hotels where it was free.

From check in to check out, this is the best service I have ever seen, the reception staff is very courteous, the waiter at dinner was awesome, he recommended great food and drinks from the on-site restaurant, breakfast was great, the waiter at breakfast had very nice conversation and interaction with my family and helped us get settled at breakfast, the hot tub made me relax and the kids too, the pool was amazing, the room was clean, huge and comfy, we had room 114, near the pool, they had a well stocked shop if you needed anything, I will definitely come back, it was a very nice break...

Crowded pool. Needed to be let into gym every time to use it.

Very nice looking place

Our room was by the pool. Staff said it would be great. The hockey players left no room in the pool and whirlpool for anyone else. So, when they walked down the hall, they might as well have been in our room. Doors thin. We could hear them at 11pm and 5am. Uggg. No sleep. Then the front desk insisted we bought two $5 candy bars. It was someone else's bill.

Proximity to the event I attended. Very clean and kept up.

The inn’s location was in a quiet area and yet near many restaurants and stores. The inn was close to the events and locations I needed to visit. The staff was very helpful and the food service was excellent.
