The fact that dogs are allowed in the facility and enough ground to walk my dog.

That customers don't clean up their dog poop and we couldn't use the swimming pool.

Shower head very poor conditions Bath tub very poor conditions DIRTY I have to take sponge bath since head shower is rusty. Not water on head shower because the handle that permits the water to pass through is not even there. So not need off the handyman. Bath was not an option for me counting on the dirtiest floor of the tub Leak of the sink it was old I can tell since there was a pink soapy patch on the floor Widow seal needs a heavy duty hand, there is to much accumulation of dust. For what I pay I think I deserve at least a nice and refreshing shower….. not a sponge bath. Hope the next costumer on room 151 have a nice and pleasant staying in

Room was nice. If you can add teeth brush and paste also as part of the package I think it will be good deal for everyone. I think Pool closing timings need to be revisited. Tourists coming back from New York city can't make it because its already too late and pool is closed. Overall Breakfast was good only boiled eggs were too hard where they need to be soft!

the amenities were not working… for example the toilet in my room was broke & no maintenance worker was avail to repair & I was told they had no other rooms to put me in… very bad experience maintenance should be available at all times in case of emergencies

The staff were very nice and helpful. I needed some help with getting important papers and they went the extra mile to help me print them out. The hotel was clean and my room was clean.

The shower head was a little short but it could of just been the room I had. Im not picky and just made it work.
