L'objectif de Christine autour de la rénovation de 2 ans de la Villa Italia était que ses clients ressentent le charme architectural d'une villa italienne classique tout en profitant des commodités d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Comme avec le Harbour House, la Villa Italia se trouve dans la même rue résidentielle pittoresque à quelques pas des charmantes boutiques du centre-ville. restaurants et Pubs de Safety Harbor.

There is not enough room here to tell you how amazing and lovely this property is! It all begins with walking into a well appointed living space and being welcomed with a bottle of delicious red wine and a kind note from the owners! There is a welcome manual which we found to be very helpful, too. It gave an overview of the property and suggestions for local places to eat. The unit is located within walking distance to Main Street which has many fun shops and eateries. The owners have also made sure that guests have everything they need from nice, extra thick beach towels to a basket of items you may have forgotten to bring. Nothing has gone unnoticed! In addition, there are instructions with pics on how to operate all systems such as the TVs, Alexa, and the air units. The unit is decorated beautifully and is extremely clean! The Italian Villa is truly the best vrbo we have ever rented and we are already planning on returning In the near future.

What a gem! Just blocks from many good restaurants in downtown Safety Harbor. Perfect house layout for a family of four. The host is top notch. Would definitely stay again!

As many Northeners, we were looking to escape the cold for a bit this winter. The Villa Italia by Christine on VRBO caught my husband's eye and we were enchanted with the pictures so we booked it. Well, the place is even lovelier in person. The hosts have thought of everything you would need. Nice fluffy towels, fresh scented sheets, comfortable beds, beach towel and chairs. They even had some basic toiletries in case you had forgotten to pack something. The house is tastefully decorated with items directly from Italy. Before leaving home I thought of bringing some kitchen gadgets that I always use but decided against it. I must say, everything I was thinking of bringing was already in this kitchen. There were even spices, sugar and coffee. Also a bin of emergency items!! That was such a plus. The home is a stone's throw to Main Street with fabulous restaurants and stores; a truly walking city. This was such a delightful find. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful with suggestions for entertainment. It was our first time renting through VRBO and all I can say, the hosts have set the bar very high for our expections for other places. You will not be disappointed if you rent this villa. I will be telling everyone what a fantastic find Villas by Christine is.

This is our second time staying at this property! It’s the perfect location for us. This is a charming cottage. It has everything you will need and is clean, safe and in walking distance to some great restaurants. We book for Christmas and the owner has a full Xmas tree in the living room so all we needed to bring were the gifts. We will return!

Very modern and updated. Very comfortable...lot's of extras like snack packs, coffee, water, beach towels. Wonderful back yard sitting area that is beautifully lit up at night.

This was hands-down, the cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Christine‘s choices to make it a themed suite were impeccable with many small touches. The location can’t be beat and Safety Harbor is a lovely town as is Dunedin next-door.

This was probably the very best vacation stay we have had in a long time. Safety Harbor is one of our favorite towns and never disappoints, it is so friendly and The Villa allows easy walking to all places! The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and so clean! Care has been put in to the entire house from the decor, to the top quality bed linens. Luxury is in every corner of this beautiful home. The back patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. No expense has been spared to make guests feel at home and we loved the bottle of wine that was left for us by the host. We have stayed in many properties across the country, but this is by far the absolute best. We will be back again for sure! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely and luxurious Villa!

Christine was fantastic and the property is excellent. She provides everything you could possibly need and more in the home. Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. It’s only a couple minutes walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. It was all a very enjoyable experience.

What a beautiful little Italian Villa in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor! My fiancé (now husband!) and I stayed here for our wedding night, and I can't stress enough how absolutely perfect Christine's little slice of Italy is. Beautiful decor, so clean, and close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

Lovely space located within blocks of downtown Safety Harbor. It was clean, welcoming and host thought of everything! We flew in from Michigan so could not bring any beach necessities with us. No worries! She had chairs and towels ready for to use. The back patio was delightful. The rooms were comfortable and private. We would stay here again when visiting the area!

This is by far one of the best managed VRBOs that’s I’ve stayed in.
It was clean, it had many amenities to make the stay comfortable, even the sheets were comfortable. It’s clear that the owners care about their properties and making their guest’s stay seamless.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Safety Harbor, this is it. The unit is very clean, well updated and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Plus, it is a very short walk to Main Street. Communication with the Host could not have been better. You will not be sorry you rented this one!

This is our go to accommodation in Safety Harbor! Excellent location, fun decor and thoughtfully stocked. We love this unit and the many reminders of Cinque Terre. Our only complaint is its popularity makes it challenging to book!

My mom and I had a wonderful 4 day stay at Christine’s amazing villa! Spotlessly clean with soft sheets and good quality linens and towels.
The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils and pots/pans, which is often a luxury these days at some rentals. Location is perfect, quiet and safe. I walked the neighborhoods and it is lovely close by are restaurants and bars you can walk to. We have stayed at Villa Key West and Italy and both are beautiful! Thank you Christine!

Amazing property!
What a cute place to stay! We have friends who have stayed in this same property on two occasions and highly recommended it. Now we know why. It is absolutely adorable and exceeded our expectations in every way. This was our first time using a VRBO and I had no idea really what to expect. Absolutely everything was provided for and then some. We just kept exploring the unit and admiring all of the little niceties that were there as well as the beautiful accommodations. It was wonderful to be within walking distance of so many good restaurants and little stores. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Nicer than my own home lol! Would stay again!
