Carpark was huge, accommodation was clean and looked really lovely from the outside. Decor a bit dated but really comfortable and the breakfast was a great addition!

Comfortable and fuss free

We were extremely happy with our stay at this price point. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast, tea, and coffee items were all available in the room and there was also a fridge and a good sized tv. The room isn't large but it was comfortable enough and great for the price (we paid just over 50GBP on a Wednesday night). Check-in was really easy and free, on-site, parking was literally right outside the door. The pub and restaurant are right next door if you want some food and drink. It is conveniently located to visit places in the southeast and there is a train station within an easy walk with services to London Victoria that take approx an hour. We were very happy with our stay and would consider staying here again if we are in the area.

Unfortunately, room 1 next to me were up an down stairs slamming doors all night and well into the morning. I didn't end up getting much good sleep because of this...

So glad I found this place! Very comfortable bed, lovely warm, and super speedy Wi-Fi (if you need to work). Away from the pub so it's also very quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Walking distance from East Malling station.

Spotlessly clean & well thought out

There was nothing bad I can say about the place it was lovely, (it would have been nice to check out an hour later, could do with USB sockets & maybe curtains rather than blinds) but they are more suggestions for minor improvements, it was great value for money.

There was a breakfast tray in the room, which for me is absolutely excellent as I am always away early before, and if, "seated" breakfasts are served in places that I stay. The tray was very comprehensive. There were 3 individual boxes of cereal and a porridge pot, fresh fruit, a cereal bar, then in the mini-fridge there was fruit juice, yoghurt, and a pint of milk. Plus of course tea and coffee and a packet of biscuits as standard on the courtesy tray.

I could not find any fault with the accommodation.

Had decent choice for breakfast especially given the price overall. Had choice of cereals etc, tea/coffee biscuits etc. Some Muller options along with instant porridge. The room was excellently presented, parking right outside and connected to the pub so evening meal was easy. Staff were super helpful

Given the price, this wasn't a cheap and cheerful stay. Nice looking set of rooms at the back of the pub, newly built I'd guess and lovely and clean and comfortable.
