Really nice, comfortable house with very comfortable beds. The ants that others mentioned are still there, but the house is very clean so that did not bother us. The only issue we had was with inconsistently working central A/C, but owner responded immediately to all concerns. Luckily, we were not there during a heat wave. It was comfortable at night with no A/C for a couple of nights when it was glitchy. Well stocked kitchen, easy beach access, the kids loved the outdoor shower!

Great house for our family to stay near South Village Beach! Washer dryer and AC worked great and was just a 5 min walk to the beach.

We travel to the Cape often and always stay in Dennisport. We very much enjoyed our stay this summer and are already looking forward to our next trip back . The house was close to the beach and many good restaurants. While there was still the issue with ants in the kitchen we were prepared and it didn’t impact our visit. The owner was very responsive and otherwise the house was perfect for the whole family.

Great location from our wedding venue. Only thing I missed, we were to supply towels and bedding until a few days before. Coming from Florida, it wasn’t convenient but again, I must have missed it as I did my planning.

Our state was very enjoyable. The property was clean and ready for us. The house was felt like a home, the beds were comfortable, the location was excellent. Everything was provided that what is needed. We would be happy to come again.

Location was good, not quite as secluded as shown in pictures but close to all needed amenities. House was well stocked and very comfortable. Downstairs shower was tight and would benefit from frosted glass on the window, removal of window curtain and a curved shower curtain rod to make it roomier. Property was clean and well maintained. We did not have the opportunity to use the outside shower due to weather while we were there. Owner was responsive to our inquiries. Wifi worked well. 2-3 blocks walk to the beach. Amenities were easy to drive to. All in all, I would recommend this property.

This was our first time staying in Dennis and we couldn’t have been happier! The house was perfect! We had 5 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and close to restaurants/groceries/liquor stores/ice cream/mini golf. The house is walking distance to a wonderful restaurant with the best lobster rolls. And having a washer and dryer on site was so helpful. The owner was very responsive to a few questions that came up before and during our stay. The house was clean, the property was comfortable, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had 8 adults renting. The property was a perfect fit. Convenient to the beach, house was clean and cozy. It was just as described. There was open communication when needed. We had a great vacation.

Quiet getaway. House was in a great location, easy walk to South Village Beach. . And also nice walk to West Dennis Beach, and a few restaurants. Easy contact with owner. Would gladly return to this property

Our family enjoyed a much needed get away at this property. It was a cute little New England style beach house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of amazing golf, biking and exploring to do. We would have preferred to use the Private Beach at the end of the street but the local beach was just as beautiful. We would rent again.

Overall great stay, great location

We had a wonderful week in West Dennis. The house is lovely, plenty of room, nicely furnished and the kitchen fully stocked. Location is perfect for beaches, towns, Cape Cod Rail Trail and has a nice neighborhood feel. We enjoyed long walks on West Dennis Beach every day and trying different ice cream places every night. Auntie's in Dennis Port won, hands down! The house does not have access to the private beach at the end of the street, but the public beach one block over is just as nice and even more spacious. Our only problem with the house is that the AC upstairs is pretty weak, but with the windows open and fans, we were fine. Dan, the owner was very nice to deal with and responded quickly to any e-mails.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two little children. Dan was very easy to reach and checking in was a breeze. The layout of the house was good and everything was clean. The area is super fun, so much to see close by and do. The only points to mark were that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen that got into all our food and we had to throw out much of what we brought. Also, the yard which we expected would be a good place for the kids to play, was not grassy as much as sandy and dry; a large sandpit outside the door. The yard also had a huge hill on it which is the septic tank, so it took away most of the places to play. We ultimately had a great time At Dan’s house but just didn’t expect those things.

This home is the perfect centralized location on the Cape – an easy drive from Provincetown in one direction, and Hyannis in the other. The beach is a short walk away (5 minutes or less), but if you don't feel like a beach day, there are two outdoor seating areas at the house and a shed full of lawn games, which we put to good use! There is a grill outside, and we found a fish market within walking distance so we had some delicious dinners around the patio table. The interior of the home is clean and spacious, and would be perfect for a family vacation. We're already talking about a return trip!

My family had a very nice one week stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the necessary equipment. We appreciated the short walk to South Village Road Beach and the short drive to restaurants and shops. Very pleased overall with the location and would choose to stay here again in the future.
