Petit déjeuner, royal et emplacement presque royal car au sommet de l’escalier de la place d’Espagne aux multiples marches
Manque Un salon au Rez de chaussée mais je suppose que la place est comptée.

This is a beautiful hotel, everything was very chic and beautifully put together. We loved having drinks at Cielo rooftop and we also ate dinner there which was delicious! The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was a hassle - they accommodated our needs entirely, would definitely recommend. We had the deluxe room overlooking the courtyard.
It was minor but I’ve had better buffet breakfasts, it was ok but not to the standard of other 5 star hotels

Everything. Beautiful hotel in the city center. Walking distance to the most of Romes attractions. Very attentive staff. Nice spa area. Very nice rooftop terrace for aperitif before dinner. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. We will be back next time we are in Rome.

overpriced for what was on offer at this time of the year. .. the roof top bar was closed, as was the courtyard. Restaurant menu was limited. The spa facilities where also limited due to maintenance.
The bathroom taps where very annoying because there was no way of knowing what was hot and cold.. so a lot of water was being wasted in an attempt to get hot water.

Amazingly well located hotel at the top of the Spanish Steps. Staff were friendly and approachable. A minor temperature issue with the shower was fixed promptly and on the weekend! An impressive feat for any hotel. We hope to return in the new year as Rome, as well as this hotel, was impressive.

An amazing location, beautiful surroundings. Our rooms were extremely comfortable with a lot of luxury extras. Really comfortable bed and fully supplied mini bar and bathroom. The restaurants, each one of them were fabulous and the food was simply amazing. And the best thing in this hotel was the amazing staff. So friendly, and helpful. They made everything so nice and personal and I have to say made our stay so special.

Terrace Suite was way overpriced . Beware - smoking is allowed in the terrace. Couldn’t use the terrace because of the constant cigarette smoke.

Probably the most stylish and well decorated hotel, I have ever stayed at. The rooms are unique, well equipped and have the best showers. Every room is different but amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant are not to be missed!
Not all rooms have views. We stayed in a junior suite with terrace that was interior facing and I loved it so much I never even missed not having a view.

We could not secure any spa appointments for the three days we were there except for early evenings. The Spa doesn’t even open until 12p. This was disappointing.

This is my new favorite hotel. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite, that was absolutely stunning. The room alone was an Italian dream come true. The food, staff and amenities of this hotel make the price worth it. Highly recommend.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived. Excellent location and the best part was the rooftop bar and restaurant. Absolutely the best way to see Rome!
I understand it's Italy - so the American breakfast is different. Overall room service was not consistent. However I would 100%to stay here again.
