Excellent food, Chef Rajneesh, Vipin and Himani in the restaurant were great. Really enjoyed their services. Felt special.

nothing around to do, the road is hard to drive on, No swimming pool, very small property for the amount the charge. definitely not value for money.

Food spread was varied. However the fruits served were stale (possibly as the occupancy was very low). Staff is helpful, but it may be understaffed as service took longer than expected. Location is good with good view... segregated from the city. Kids play are was good.
Property doesn't deserve a 5 star rating, primarily because it's too small. You expect a bit of landscaping and garden, but what they have is a plain lawn.. not even flowers. There's outdoor dining, but it was closed... which was a bummer. Place is also hard to find and the drive is kinda too steep at some points.

excellent cleanliness, lot of games to play at a decent charge, view from the room and the food - Himachali thali is a must try
The wifi is terrible ,access road is too narrow, bathroom flushes are not strong and water is cold in the common wash areas near the dining area.

Great location good service and nice personnel. A must place for those who are looking for a cool and relaxing spot away from crowd and noise

The property is located in a very scenic place with a breathtaking view from the rooms. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant has really great options for food and drinks. Overall, really satisfied.
Some minor inconveniences regarding the internet connection but the staff was proactive and tried to resolve it as soon as possible. I'm being nitpicky here and would highly recommend this property.

Arrangements are good , staff is Polite , Reception area is very much peaceful I remember the Taruna , Dheeraj both were Nice ,I like the Way they treat , Thanks 👍

1) terrible food at restaurant. breakfast food was ok, but a-la-carte dinner food was devastating for a 5 star hotel. when we complained about the food, manager didn’t accept the comments and kept insisting that it’s authentic.
2) room size is quite small. barely enough space for 3 people.
3) out of the 4 outlets in the room, only 1 worked. we had to buy a spike buster with multiple ports and charge off the single working outlet.
4) terribly expensive, akin to the experience we had

Breakfast good and offering variety of cuisines. Courteous staff in all the departments. Friendly and made us feel at home. Open to suggestions for improvement, with a positive attitude. Overall, a memorable stay.

Breakfast was okayish. Tables were not clean before we entered for breakfast. New cutlery was not placed on tables. Staff serving in breakfast is very less hence they took lot of time to cater to the requested items. Poor breakfast options.
