Room was nice and sound proof. Very comfortable bed and best part was the right softness of the pillow. Space in the room was good and the wooden finish was nice too. Size of the property and the way it has been made is beautiful.

I missed my breakfast so requested them to deliver few items in my room. They were not happy with the same and annoyed. They did send some food but without any plates or cutlery. They need to be trained bit more about hospitality. Also I realised they lacks with number of restaurants and I never found a bar / lounge.

Loved they 4 day stay. Breakfast was amazing every day. Great staff!

The spread was wide and good, but the vegetarian options were quite lavish.

The non-veg options were very limited. The Chicken sausages needs a look into as well as the bacon that was kept. Otherwise, the others options were good.

almost everything , the white plates at breakfast were stained black. no umbrellas by the pool in 40 + heat.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und fein. Die Lage ist ruhig, hinter dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Wald.

Check-In ging halbe Stunde und Check-out noch länger. Der Gast wurde von einem zum nächsten "manager" weitergegen. Nachts hatte ich Durchfall und musste erbrechen. Das Hotel hatte gar keine Medikamente ausser Kopfweh Tabletten, es waren 4 Leute beim Empfang, keiner konnte helfen, ich wollte nichts ins Spital sondern nur in eine Apotheke. Ich hatte bis um 08:00 ausgeharrt, morgens war ein kleiner netter Manager (total Schwul) der versuchte zu helfen, er hatte das OLA Taxi bestellt. Ich ging zur Strasse und nahm selbstständig eine Autorikshaw. Ich bekam aus der Apotheke Medikamente gegen Durchfall und erbrechen (domperidon und lopermide).

breakfast was good. Items were not too much as compared to other hotels. Tea needs to be improved.

The window panes were not clear from outside.and the washroom exhaust was not working or was not working properly. Got some avoidable problem while check in which can be easy sort out seeing the condition of my family caring 1 small baby. The staff at reaching was not too co-operative. Didn't offer any welcome drink.

Tea and coffee facilities could be lot better. There should be welcome basket in the room with fruit and biscuits
