Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Beach is only a few minutes walk from the apartments, shops and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Free parking available, only 20-25 minutes drive to centre of Palermo.

Perfect organisation. Big bathroom, cosy rooms, very comfortable beds. Wonderful garden, safe parking in the backyard. The property very close to the centre but gives good privacy

Everthing was absolutly great.

Superb location with excellent garden area where we had a lovely barbecue and evening drinks. Only few minutes away from busy Mondello beach and a square with lots of shops, bars, restaurants. We could park our cars within the boundaries of the facility. The rooms were spacious and cool.

The beach was super crowded when we were there.

Amazing view from the apartment, proximity to the beach and dining options. A house with an amazing atmosphere and beautiful garden, terrase for all the guests. Very nice bedrooms, new bathrooms. Everything spotlessly clean. Helpfull Cesar.

No dishwasher, some of the furniture on our terrace was broken. A liitle bit noisy street during the weekend. The rest was super !

The property is really beautiful and the shared communal spaces are really calm and relaxing. It’s super close to the beach, pier and the main square which makes it perfect for making your way about Mondello. We felt super safe here as 2 female travellers and overall loved saying here.

absolutely the best property in mondello. beautiful view, great staff, beautiful accommodations. I cannot imagine a better place to stay. parking was unparalleled; much of the property is dedicated to parking. the penthouse is absolutely worth the price.

Recommend for everyone, staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Villa was near the the center and near the sea with exceptional view.

Firstly, the location was great. If you want to enjoy Palermo, you should stay in Mondello. The bus station is in front of the villa, and takes you straight away to Palermo in 20 minutes. Secondly, regarding the villa itself, it was big, everything inside was very comfortable and clean, even the additional bed. The shower was a unique experience as its own. The appartement offers also the best view over the sea, and you can stay hours just enjoying the beautiful view. It's also the biggest terrasse that I have ever seen ! The owner was very nice, and attentive to every request. We are very happy that we have chosen this villa, and we will come back again and again 🤘

The welcome from Cesare was lovely. The location is fantastic. There is an amazing view of the entire bay of Mondello and Addaura in the communal areas and lots of space. This exceeded our expectations. We had the ground floor 2 bed apartment which was like a little house and it has it's own private garden area and side sea view patio. You can even park the car inside and the friendly morning staff person made us a coffee, allowed a late checkout and waved us off with the warmest smile. We recommend Villa Mallandrino to others.

Lack of soundproofing. Unfortunately the wall of the bed in our master bedroom backed onto the toilet of another apartment. Not the best placement of the bed head.

The place was really clean, the staff there were completely friendly and made our stay more fun. They also helped us to find places to go to. The location of the property was ideal since it was close from a lot of main cities. Would definitely come again to this place.

Gorgeous location. Close to the Mondelo beach and to the Capo Gallo national reserve. Beautiful views on the sea right from a window or from a terrace. If you want to stay in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and be able to easily switch to the Palermo city center within 20 minutes by car - this is your place. We definitely want to come back here.
