Air con didn’t work properly.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was good.

The property is dirty. The hallways are dark and dirty. The walls and carpets are filthy! The water in the bathroom sink smells like rust. The shower overflowed and when onto the bathroom floor. This place needs to be cleaned!!

Good location for walking to town, around 15 mins. Good breakfast choices. Helpful staff. Free & easy parking.

it’s not ‘central’ but that is no surprise if you look at a map. 10 minute walk and you are in the middle of things

The fact the parking was available right behind, nice beds, good staff and nice location to visit Palermo, 10mn walk to the historic center

Some rooms have tiles some have laminat same for hallways there were also workers staying in the hotel and noise at 0530 is not fun

got off the ferry and hotel was 5 minute drive. perfect

My room was really nice (I think they’re renovating some) and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast is quite abundant, with everything you could want.

Maybe the hotel can change from single use paper/plastic cups to reusable ones in the near future

The free parking (first come first served) Staff listened and took notes of our feedback.

They offered 2 bottles of water... That were halfway empty. On the positive side the receptionist replaced them as soon as we told her. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were highly unsuitable for a 4 star hotel (either too thick or too thin, with hard lumps of wool - I'm guessing - as filling) we woke up with sore necks. Worst of all, we had a light that wouldn't turn off for a whole night (my husband and I didn't want to wake each other up by calling for help, after a very long day and needing to wake up early in the morning) so we woke up every 2 hours (in turns unfortunately) because of it. We asked for it to be fixed in the morning before breakfast, nobody came until at least an hour after that. That first night was a nightmare. The second night was our last in Palermo so we didn't want to make a fuss for the 6 hours sleep we needed. Otherwise we would have complained and asked for our money back to move out of the hotel.

The beds uncomfortable the carpet was dirty and had a bad smell and the breakfast was the worst in Italy coffee was disgusting and the fruit was old and bruised
