the restaurant next door is fabulous!!! Really enjoyed it for breakfast and dinner. The location is terrific great access to many restaurants and bars. .
the Pool is small but convenient to use and never busy. the staff was really helpful.
The parking could be easier - the valet is not available after hours, however the staff was great and they would just give me my car keys to get out of the facility.

The pool is wonderful, the location is great, and the rooms are fantastic, huge and quiet from outside noise. We also had room service coffee which was excellent and the bar / restaurant area was fun. The front desk staff was helpful and responsive.
More common area would be nice. Nowhere for my friend to park even briefly to pick me up or drop me off (valets would give her about 20 seconds before
shooing her off).

Great location, friendly staff and incredible rooms. So comfortable and lots to do in the area.
Nothing- it was great!
Only thing to consider is valet parking is $35USD per night, however the team who run the service are really go above and beyond- they even charged our car for us which was so appreciated!
We loved our stay!

Great location , and ambiance. Pool and patio areas were a very charming oasis from the streets
Size of the room and bathroom were amazing . Also loved the mid century modern design of the room
Personally as an older person I would like to see a shower safety bar and some hooks for towels closer to the shower area. Easy to slip in the type of tile in the shower.

The room, aesthetic, and location are ideal!
This is my second time staying here and I would stay more if the price point were more accessible.

Refined contemporary non corporate style in an excellent location to partake in the Silverlake scene.

The location is great - right next to the main strip in Silverlake, so easy to pop out and visit the cute boutiques. Also the outdoor pool has a great vibe at the weekends with a DJ playing classics and a bar serving great cocktails.
It’s a bit style over substance. Although it looks cool, felt like whoever had designed it hadn’t really thought about what it’s like you stay there. Some things that annoyed me: I tried to order room service with the special app, but this was impossible if you didn’t have US address/cell number (I’m from the UK); my trendy ‘dial-tone’ room phone didn’t work - when I finally ordered room service after having to go down to reception it arrived on a big tray - but there was no where to eat it, no table and the armchair was designed in a way that you couldn’t sit at it with the tray the food came in, so I ended to perched on the side of my bed; also there were no usb sockets so my Apple watch ran out of juice (I’m so used to hotels having them as standard I didn’t bother bringing a plug for the watch’s charger). All in all, really clunky for a hotel that meant to be a slice of chill. Message to hotel - you really need to sort out the app for ordering room service so that no US guests can actually use it!

clean and beautifully designed
the pool was overcrowded and nowhere to sit

Exceptionally cute boutique hotel at the great location.
Delayed and not very consistent housekeeping.

We loved our say at Silver Lake Pool & Inn. The room we got was really big, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view with gorgeous sunset everynight.
They reserved some money on our credit card, and could not really tell us what the sum stood for - but it actually never got debited, so we're good.

Location was perfect for what I needed. It had a safe locked garage for my car (which had gear in it). The room was fun, simple but had plenty of table tops to charge a lot of batteries and cameras.
Check in was difficult. Granted, I checked in at midnight, but when I rang the bell, no one answered. A guest walked by and let me in. I went to the front desk and didn't see anyone. I waited for maybe 15 minutes until someone came up. They were making rounds and were in the garage. I got checked in and then it was a great stay from then on.

The facilitets were nice and felt very LA. good area, close to nice restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
our flight was cancelled so we sent a message telling them we would be a day late. even though they had charged us for the first night they had given our room to someone else. we had ordered a king size room but got a queen size room with an extra bed without a duvet…. we had to wait an hour for our room to get ready, and was told we were going to get a free drink, but it was charged for later anyhow. there was only bottled of water on the room that was super expensive. no heating on the cold bathroom floor, and a sink in the hallway (not in the bathroom!). we were told we were going to get compensated for all the hassle but so far not a penny back. Also bills don't add up. Paid 200 dollars more than what's stated on the receipt, even when all the taxes was listed. So the list price here on booking.com does not reflect the final price as they add lots of different taxes and a resort fee on top (extra charges includes: Occupancy Sales Tax, CA Tourism Tax, Los Angeles Tourism Marketing District (?), Resort Fee, Resort Fee Tax..) So all in all it's pretty clear there is really poor management.

Staff were super helpful, funny and down to earth. (special shout out to the cool chick with brown bobbed hair sorry i didn’t get your name!)
Rooms were functional, very spacious and super tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely for a swim in morning (but got overcrowded during the day so go early)
Location was great and close to shops and a quick drive to points of interest.
Boutique style hôtel, felt small and intimate.
we extended our stay and also returned after a trip out of town and it felt like coming home ☺️
100% would stay again and recommend to others.
Not deal breakers but a few things that bugged me was the (long) distance of the loo roll from the toilet (in both rooms we have stayed in) and the automatic light in bathroom, was fine during day but not the best if going to loo in middle of night, as it was so bright it would wake both of us up. Everything else in the rooms felt so considered that it was odd this was not.
The cafe had a great American breakfast the first time we ate there then they completely changed the menu and removed the best things and made it quite confusing to read or know what was included in a dish.😅 We only went there for coffee after that but if they had a basic breakfast would have eaten there everyday. it seemed they made the new menu more kitchen friendly rather than customer friendly.

Very clean, relaxed, well-designed, and well-run hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was very glad to have chosen this for a few nights in LA! Spacious rooms, Diptyque amenities, peace and quiet. Great location - very close to the junction of Santa Monica Blvd and Sunset Blvd where there are many good cafes and places to eat. Right next to Silver Lake Pool & Inn there’s also an Erehwon grocery open early until 10pm and a clinic right beside.

Beautiful hotel, with tasty design, and well-arranged amenities: pool, garden, restaurant.
It's not the most kids-friendly place but we made it work :)
2.5 / 5.0
Spacious rooms
Receptionists were not welcoming and hard to find during evening/morning hours. We had to wait almost for 60 minutes for someone to help us with check out in the morning (we were in rush to get to the airport). Room smell and rooms are not cleaned unless you ask. Truly disappointed.
