House was perfect for our family gathering!

Great property, perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in North Conway at the former Otter Ski Club. Our group had 4 families, including 9 adults and 4 kids aged 3 to 7. The house was a great size for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also gather together for meals. Three of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with tubs) were on the first floor, and the remaining 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with a tub, 2 with showers) were on the 2nd floor. The house was well equipped with all linens provided, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee machines, and all the essentials for cooking meals at home, plus 2 sets of laundry machines. The yard was a good size, with a nice fire pit set up and good quality grill, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. It was also very clean for a house that size. It was a short 5 minute walk in to the village, which has a good size playground, and Zeb's General Store was a hit with the kids. The location is also a short drive to Storyland as well as easy hikes for kids (Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths). Overall we had a really great time and would definitely go back to the North Conway area again, and would absolutely consider staying at the Otter Ski Club again for a big group.

Our family had a great time, as we always do! This location was perfect with easy access to main street shopping and places to eat, grab a coffee or treat. It was also a quick drive to lots of great river spots and hikes. The house doesn’t have a big inside area for everyone to easily gather together if you have a big group but we made it work and had lots of fun playing cards, making meals, etc. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioners in all the bedrooms were very appreciated and really nice to have lots of bathrooms. The yard had lots of room and the fire pit was great. The house and yard definitely need some care and maintenance. It would improve the overall feel and experience of the home.

Everything is as advertised. Plenty of room for my family to have space. Scott is very helpful and timely with questions. Perfect location for easy town access. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was amazing- plenty of rooms, clean, amazing location and fenced in yard was great for our children! We had a few questions after arrival and the owner was quick to respond! Will be booking next year!

My 94 year old mother wanted a family weekend for easter. There was 18 of us from age 2 to 94. The house was great so big you would get lost. Scott was so nice and helpful answered any ? Helped us get a chef to cook. The hot tub was nice for family kids loved it .It was so close to down town we walked there alot. I give the place a 10.

We had family visiting from out of state, so we all decided to get a house up north, and chose this because of the location, size and fun factor. We had 4 kids (age 5-12) that loved playing in the house and yard. Hot tub was a big hit as well. We all could easily walk to town to the many bakeries/ and restaurants. The house was just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and easy to relax to enjoy each others company. Owners were great with communication and there was zero confusion during our stay. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for a long ski weekend with 5 families and kids. 2 blocks from the center and close to skiing. Neat house with lots of places for kids to both hang out together or chill alone. Hot tub barn was awesome

Great property, perfectly located to be walkable to restaurants and offerings of north Conway. Easily drivable to all of the local ski mountains. The house itself was very nice and clean and easily fit our large group with good sized beds. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and made it easy to cook for our large group. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting N Conway with a large group.

This place was great - lots of room to hang out together, but also go off on your own, if you need some solo time. Perfect location near the village, so we could do a train ride and eat out, yet lots of kitchen space to cook. Very nice

My family and I stayed at this home from Nov 17th to 21st. The home was very spacious for our family of 14. We enjoyed the space and kitchens for our early Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the firepit a couple nights. We especially enjoyed the hot-tub every night while there. Family and I enjoyed the home. We needed a large home to hold 3 families so we could all stay together while attending the wedding of another family member. We LOVED this house. Plenty of room for everyone! The walk into town for coffee or dinner was so quick and convenient and we also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood behind us toward Cranmore. Perfect location and our host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home!

Great 2 night stay with the family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the space. Perfect backyard for games and hanging out.

We rented this house with a handful of other couples to celebrate my husband’s 50th. This is the perfect home for a group gathering! Plenty of bed configurations, and lots of bathroom. It was also nice to have two separate kitchens, with two full refrigerators. The outdoor space is wonderful with lots of seating options and we especially enjoyed the fire pit and covered bar area. Couldn’t have enjoyed this house more! Owner was very responsive to all questions. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement it would be to add a couple of wifi extenders. The wifi signal does not reach outside or to the second floor. Because there is limited data service in the North Conway area in general, this would be helpful. Just a small suggestion. :)

Great house lots of room and great location one block from center of town and less then a 1/2 mile from Cranmore. Great fire pit and outdoor bar area. Nice kitchen and big dining area. Hot tub was a bonus.

Great location next to everything!

We rented the full house with two other families for the second time. It’s just such a great spot. Conveniently located to everything, a block from downtown, skiing is right in the backyard. You just can’t beat it. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated with tons of beds, nice linens, and plenty of towels. We didn’t have great weather but spent our time cooking, playing games, taking naps, the kids spent a ton of time in the hot tub, it was perfect. We got a fire permit and had a small fire on the first night, but it was too rainy and windy for the rest of the week. Backyard space still got utilized and the guys played ball with the kids and it was a corn hole set that was put to good use. The property owner is very responsive and answers even the most silly of questions which I am sure I asked plenty of lol.Such a great place to make memories, we will definitely be back.

This property was great for a group of friends. Everyone had plenty of space and the property allowed for various hangout locations. We got to enjoy the yard and fire pit on a beautiful sunny Saturday.

Loved loved the home and all its rustics feels! The house had so much character. Super close to ski mountains (Cranmore less than 2 min drive and Attitash about 10-12min drive) Kids loved all the bunk beds and bean bag room for older kids In loft was. A huge hit. Owner was super responsive to any messages sent during stay. Home was very clean and had all the day to day necessities (toilet paper, soap etc) I would definitely rent this home again for our next ski adventure.

This was a fantastic house for our gathering of 4 families to celebrate a family birthday and use as a base camp for skiiing. The house easily accommodated 17 people and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to Cranmore. It was decorated nicely and had hooks and mats to accommodate all the ski gear.

After reading all of the many positive reviews and seeing the beautiful pictures of the house we were happy to book this property for our annual family vacation. So needless to say the pictures of the house looked way nicer than the house actually was. The outside of the house (exterior) is in need of some TLC. True we were not buying the house, but the outside held no curb appeal. Once inside we were disappointed in the condition of the house. The rooms are small and each was overcrowded with oversized furniture. The area rugs looked stained and in need of replacing. The wooden floor was uneven, and the staircase upstairs is very narrow and not easy for an older person to navigate. The hot tub is located inside of a garage/shed area and the hallway leading from hot tub to small kitchen had a very musty smell. Never heard of a hot tub that was inside! Many of the window blinds are broken and not at all clean. One of the 2 bedrooms downstairs had a pocket door which did not close properly, had no lock and was not conducive to the newlywed couple staying in that room. The downstairs toilet in the bathroom near the kitchen was wobbly and the bathroom itself, although nicely updated, had peeling paint in many places. In the bedrooms where there were dressers, many drawers were broken. One should know that there is no central AC, the portable kitchen air conditioner unit which was hooked up out of a window needed to be duct taped since it was allowing hot air to blow in. The wifi situation in the house was terrible and 3 of the people who had to work remotely had a hard time. The backyard lawn could also use some TLC. According to our 14-year-old, the hockey games did not work properly, missing screws, goalie did not move so that was a disappointment. That being said, the house was located in a great area very close walking distance to the town of N. Conway which was charming and had lots to offer. The beds were all very nice, very comfortable and had nice bedding. The two washing machines and dryers were great to have and worked well. There are lots of places to have people sleep and if that’s what you need, it works. The fire pit area is great and was put to good use. The bathrooms were all updated and clean.

Great location and layout for multi-generational family visit. Very clean and plenty of linens. Clear communication with property owner and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Loved the setup of the house, everyone had enough space and the location was perfect. We had a great time and highly recommend renting this house with your large group!

I have girls trip getaway with my girlfriends and it was amazing house so far. Clean and organized. We got all things we need in there. Host was so nice keep checking on us. We really had good time. Thank you!

Great huge rambling house with tons of rooms and bedrooms and cool places for kids to play. Clean hot tub, fun back yard with fire pit and outdoor bar. Walk into town, Cranmore and golf course. Two kitchens is a bonus!
