Great gate away from Tbilisi's heat and great vacation spot with friends of family! The host was very friendly and the property was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Facilities and cleanliness

Staff not available all time and building infrastructure was terrible ( water & electricity was off for more than 3 hours for two times)

The apartment is located in the Crystal Resort complex and since we went for spring skiing, we found ourselves in the perfect area for snow sports. The resort complex is about a mile from the main Bakuriania area. So do not expect to explore Bakuriani on foot. We had planned on doing a resort stay so this wasn't a problem for us and it was exactly what we were looking for. The complex operates its own ski lift and our apartment was barely a three-minute walk from the gondola, ticket desk, and ski rental shop. The apartment building was also between two big restaurants, Cafe Aspen and Georgian Flavor. If you want groceries, there is a Nikora Supermarket around the corner from the gondola lift. Our wonderful host, Nataly, was very communicative with us and responsive to all of our questions. She made a point of communicating our requests to the reception desk including the time we had to extend our stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and there were plenty of amenities included with the booking. We were happy to find toiletries. The kitchen also features all the necessary appliances minus an oven. The balcony was a highlight of the apartment and had an amazing view of the ice rink, mountains, and ski lifts. We spent some time doing photoshoots on the balcony! If you are considering this booking, don't hesitate and just book it!

Nothing we didn't like. The stay was exactly as we expected and then some!

Amazing location, clean and well equipped apartment. They had a microwave and the restaurants around us had amazing food that went above our expectations. The massages and facials we're really good, we did not make use of the gym or swimming pool so I can't say anything about that, only that the pool looked spacious from the outside. Lastly I have to mention Nataley who helped us throughout our whole stay and I could ask for anything. On my request to make the place look special they arranged the table with fruit, sweets and wine. Which was just incredible.

We had some issues with the reception. If it wasn't for my amazing contact person we wouldn't have been able to get some things, one of the things being food. On our first day we had to figure out how to order food since there was no room-service, which was fine with us but the communication was rough and we tried to call reception but there was no response and after a couple tries they didn't pick up our calls anymore. I don't count it very negatively but still thought it worth to mention. Something negative that the hotel cannot help, is the stray dogs outside. There are many stray dogs that will bark late at night and if you're a light sleeper, keep you up.

If you are looking for something comfortable and COVID safe this apartment is for you! The stay was very pleasant, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate. The facilities were super clean and disinfected. We loved it and looking forward to staying again.

We pretty much liked everything.

It was such a nice but short getaway. Resort is fully prepared and equipped for Covid-19 situation. Suite was awesome, views great! already booking for the trip with family for August.
