Federico est un super super Host. Très accueillant et en plus il m à aide beaucoup car j avais un problème de vol dans la ville. La chambre est très jolie , belle décoration ! Et l appartement constitué de 3 chambres est bien fait avec balcon dans un chouette quartier proche de tout en fait. Federico m avait donné de très bon conseils dz quoi faire à Messina. Je recommande cet établissement fortement.

The room is large, the kitchen and bathroom are clean and very modern. The whole place is nicely furnished and very luminous. There are everything that you might need in the kitchen and the bathroom (breakfast, towels, shampoo, soap..)

Mooie,ruime kamers. Wat gedateerd maar zeer goed ingericht. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken waar je zelfs,mits een meerprijs,zelf een maaltijd kan bereiden. Eveneens een goed uitgeruste, gemeenschappelijke badkamer. En alles zeer goed onderhouden.Je merkt vlug dat hier veel inzet achter schuilt. En dat het zijn prijs ruimschoots waard is.

Echt dicht tegen het oude centrum ligt het verblijf niet. Er is wel een bushalte in de buurt maar te voet is toch gemakkelijker.

I had a very difficult time arriving. On Booking it says 10 min walk…no way! Impossible. I took a bus on the owners advice and even the bus took 25 mins, climbing steeply to the top of the town. Regrettably the correct bus stop was not clearly named on the instructions so I ended up getting off too soon and having to walk up a steep street for half an hour with a suitcase trying to find the place. Very stressful…especially as I am 80! I rang the owner to tell him and gladly he spoke excellent English…otherwise I don’t know how I would have found him. It is not wise to expect older visitors to be Google savvy: I am fairly ITY literate but my sat nav does not always know best.

The walk was a little tougher from the station than I expected. There were no near by bars or restaurants that I could find, so I walked down and up the hill a few times.

Helpful host living on the premises so available if there are any problems. There weren't. Good english spoken. I could do laundry. Nice coffee provided. Local knowledge.

Frederico was so welcoming when I first arrived! He showed me everything and made sure I was settled. The bed was comfy and the room spacious - with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom areas!

Federico is an excellent host who took the time to explain everything about the b&b and also catered to my special requests. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfy, and AC works very well. The kitchen has juice, cereals, and water. The location is a long walk from the train and port stations but this is fine as you are very close to the bus stop to take you to both or into town and also the coach stop for Catania airport. All in all, a great stay, grazie Federico!

The beds are so small. The bathroom is shared. The location is far away from centre. The money you paid and the service you get is not nice.

Host was amazing - helpful and friendly. Location is great. Room is very spacious. Kitchen well stocked and was good to have coffee and cold water. Price is good.

Portable air conditioner is not quite up to the task of cooling the room enough. Pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable.

For one night's stay, it was fine. I didn't realize the there was a shared bathroom, I guess I missed that bit. But it was fine and it was cheap, so we made it work.

I had a nice stay at Three Rooms in Messina. The check-in was easy and communications with the host were fast and well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, so all was very good and can be recommended.

The host was very responsible and gave us a complete introduction when we checked-in. I left some items and he immediately contacted me and I was able to retrieve it easily.

Because it is very centrally located, we can hear the traffic. It is not a deficiency of the facility, rather, the nature of the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan area.

This is the best experience I had in a hotel in Europe! I travel a lot, and I have also been to many cities in Italy, but I have never had such an experience. The host, an amazing person, helped me with everything, showed me places that exist in the city for recreation, explained everything to me patiently, was attentive to all my needs. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you need, everything is modern, the dishes in the kitchen, the place is sterile, clean, everything is new. The hotel contains three rooms which gives a lot of privacy and is a 15 minute walk from the city. The hotel has a central bathroom and a central kitchen. The host is very kind and takes care of everything. Strongly recommends!

For me it was a little bit problem that the shower is not in the room but thats a small problem
