Good communication with the accommodation, good breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with A/C. Location was perfect and close to the center of Messina.

Struttura molto accogliente, situata al 2 piano di un palazzo d’epoca. Molto. Pulita e funzionale. Posizione strategica: a 10 minuti d’auto dal punto di imbarco della Caronte e a 10 minuti a piedi dal meraviglioso Duomo di Messina con il famoso Campanile. Possibilità di parcheggio sulle strisce blu nelle vie antistanti la struttura. Per chi volesse pranzare/cenare molti locali, anche storici nelle vicinanze. Segnalo l’ottima gelateria Eden, punto di ritrovo per gli stessi messinesi e la buonissima pasticceria Ragusa, indicatami dal gentile personale di Re Vittorio Deluxe, dove abbiamo fatto incetta di cannoli! Personale della struttura molto gentile ospitale ed accogliente. Se fino ad oggi Messina era per noi solo punto di transito, non perderemo nei prossimi viaggi di soggiornarvi qualche giorno per apprezzarne al meglio le sue bellezze.
Molto buona la colazione con anche qualche specialità locale come le piccole e deliziose cassatine. Possibile farsi centrifughe e spremute espresse.

Was good communication , helpful he make sure o arrived safe and very pleasant smile gentleman. Plus the room was clean and nice space to move comfortably soft and comfortable bed , has all amenities needed .
The bathroom also super clean and pretty fournitures. Good organisation and breakfast i had chance to book it multiple choices.

Very good staff and helpful. From reception who served us also breakfast to the housekeeping lady very helpful and kind with a smile! Nice rooms, awesome bathroom. Ok breakfast. Will be back next winter. Grazie to all the staff!

Tutto perfetto! La struttura era esattamente come descritta e mostrata su Booking. Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile sia durante il check-in che durante la colazione, che si è dimostrata molto varia e adeguata ad ogni esigenza.
La camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Il bagno dotato di ogni confort e kit di cortesia compreso di detergenti e ciabattine. Presente anche il minibar per ogni evenienza. Bellissimi anche gli spazi comuni, addobbati a festa hanno fatto un bellissimo effetto.
Sono molto soddisfatta! Una delle migliori strutture tra quelle visitate in tutta Europa negli ultimi anni!

Odd breakfast arrangements, a bit regimented and over complicated. Had to remember to ask to change what you get before 9pm each day rather than just choosing in the morning.

Would not call this a De Luxe property, but was very comfortable, good location. Morning reception lady was very helpful and just delightful. Lovely breakfast.
