Room size that we had was excellent, decor was great, clean and all of the comforts of home

Having to order breakfast beforehand on line wasn’t easier, at least we could use the coffee machine in the hallway

Definitely not 4 star. Breakfast is very limited and quality is not good. Receptionist is cleaning the rooms and serving breakfast!!!

The property was a comfortable one room apartment with a small kitchenette that is stocked with dishes, cups and a few pots. (A small one to boil water for tea would have been nice.) It is a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral and restaurants, with gelateria’s along the way.

We reserved a Humongous apart-hotel room which exceeded our expectations for its size, luxury, and details. Truly a lovely studio space, perfect for our needs (we wanted to hear up meals and make our own coffee and tea). The receptionist was the Most lovely person we met in Sicilia!! Not just professional but also attention to details and our needs, flexible and warm, friendly. We give her 10/10!

The space lost points for soundproofing - it is listed as a soundproofed space but infact you can hear the neighboring guest's voices, phones and children. We knew it was going to be near a busy main shopping road but the inside wall is thinner than expected.

Large, comfortable room. Adjacent secure parking. Good service. Very good price.

A lot of motorbike noise until mid evening.
