Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, es gabt Nespresso im Zimmer und die Lage zum Zentrum von Galway war sehr gut.

The room is small, I understand that. But to have a window at the room that makes you feel bad being inside the room, this is not fine.
You don’t want to stay on what they call “budget room” because it is too small and with almost no natural light.
I attached a picture so you may see how small the window of our room was.
And it was also not that cheap for this kind of service.
I cannot recommend this horrible place in any circumstances.

After a missed flight the hotel and staff were so helpful in rearranging our room til the next night, staff also stayed late to make sure we found the hotel parking and checked in okay, bed was really comfy and the shower was great!
We did get a smaller room due to us missing the flight which was totally acceptable and really good of them to honor the original booking, however the small room was tiny, barely any room for unpacking anything, okay for 1 night stay but maybe not for more, I would stay again but make sure I booked the bigger room size!

Lift was out of order (although we were warned of that in advance), and the stairs had a lot of stuff being stored or left at the bottom despite being a fire exit.

I was travelling for a wedding and arrived very early in the morning to drop off my luggage. I was worried about being back in time to collect the bags that night from reception but Ewa sorted everything out for me and made sure my bags were dropped up when the room was ready that day. The drop box for the keys etc was extremely convenient. While the room is basic, it is a perfect base for the city centre and was good value for a weekend night (albeit I had it booked well in advance).
It's a perfect base for the city centre, but if you plan on spending much time in your room rather than out and about in the city, perhaps look elsewhere.

A tight fit for two people. Very warm at night ... could have used a top sheet besides the duvet. Too bad washroom took up so much space. Hall lighting and elevator not working.

The room was small but warm, clean and quiet. Chocolates left for our birthdays. So lovely. Staff were amazingly polite.
We were charged too much. Then the refund didn’t go onto our credit card immediately so the girl had to take our details down.

The staff were great, the location was awesome. The room was very quiet and clean.
The lift was broken at the time, we only stayed 1 night so travelled light. It is not easy to find. If coming by car turn down the back lane.
