Frühstück und Lage waren gut

Zimmer dreckig, abgewohnt, es hat modrig gerochen und war völlig überteuert ( 320 Euro für 2 Personen pro Nacht) wir haben sofort reklamiert, aber es war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Das Angebot unser Zimmer nochmal zu reinigen haben wir nicht angenommen, da wir erst am Abend angereist sind, uns noch etwas hinlegen wollten bevor wir in die Pubs gehen und am nächsten Morgen früh los wollten. Außerdem war das Zimmer so abgewohnt und tiefendreckig, dass es mit dem Putzen nicht getan wäre. Das Zimmer hätte schon vor Jahren saniert und neu eingerichtet werden müssen! Auf den Fotos sieht man den total dreckigen, fleckigen Teppich. Den Dreck am Heizkörper und hinter dem Heizkörper, Den Schimmel an der Badewanne und dem Fenster( dort waren auch Spinnweben) Der Manager versicherte uns, dass selbstverständlich die Reinigungsstandards eingehalten werden, er im Zimmer war und er wollte nochmal von uns wissen, was denn nun genau dreckig war. Das ist der lächerliche Versuch gewesen unsere Beschwerde freundlich aber bestimmt abzuweisen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit!! Ich denke die Fotos im Anhang sind eindeutig!! Auf dem letzten Foto sieht man meinen Fingerabdruck auf der völlig staubigen Tür an unserem Tisch im Frühstücksraum- ich bin mir sicher: der ist noch zu sehen. Noch erwähnen möchte ich, dass wir in der obersten Etage waren und man aus den Dachfenstern keine Sicht hatte. Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht ( sah auf den Fotos anders aus) und dieses Loch ( 403) erhalten! Im Bad war übrigens keine Heizung und es war kalt. Absolute Abzocke !!!

This is a gorgeous hotel with an attached restaurant and bar. (We had a drink in the bar, but did not eat there, so I can't comment on that...) Our room was spacious and generally comfortable There is a convenient car park beneath the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful (and there the entire time of our stay!) Conveniently located to the Latin Quarter, shopping and dining but far enough that it's quiet. Very nice bathroom with an excellent shower!

前台个别新员工不专业，对外国游客比较冷漠。当客人有问题求助时，袖手旁观，不会主动帮助客人，反而会用审视的眼光judge客人。这是我们在英国和爱尔兰为期两周的旅行中，遇到的唯一令人不舒服的酒店。 此外，硬件设施也有待提升。客房的洗手间没有抽风机，暖气不足，被子质量也比较差，是很薄的毯子而不是羽绒被或棉被。

Muy buen trato, buena imagen, habitación amplia, nueva y mucha limpieza.

Room was big and clean a bit of of maze to find it.

Windows were so bad curtains blowing need to to sealed or new one .pillows not comfy neck in bits from them.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t very good. There was some noise from the street. But then the hotel is very central.

The location is very strategic and the parking in the structure is a plus. The guys in the parking lot are super nice and professional

We paid €250 euro per night, overpriced in my opinion. When we arrived the room was overall ok but nothing exceptional or so clean compared to the price. The second day they did not clean our room so we ran out of the basics that the receptionist was more than happy to manage. Too expensive for the quality provided

The location was good. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly

The Hotel was freezing, from top to bottom, there was a small storage heater in the room that barely worked, and started making dripping noises during the night. The room itself was very small, nowhere to put toiletries except a shelf above the toilet! There was a vent in the bathroom, you could hear a full conversation between a couple in another room coming through the vents, ridiculous beyond belief. The lift then decided to stop going to our floor, had to get off at the 3rd & walk up to the 4th. Leaving on New years day, our car that was in the underground carpark was 10 cars deep, the lad moved them quick enough, but had there been an emergency at 2am was he gonna be there to move them? i doubt it. Probably the worst hotel we've stayed in tbh. Will definitely not be recommending.

The location was excellent! Literally a couple of hundred yards from eyre square! The hotel has an underground car park which is tight to park with limited space but the concierge guys that work there do an impeccable job keeping the cars moving!

We found being on the top floor, the hallway was very warm with no way to ventilate it.

1st Dinner ordered, meat was very tough, couldn't chew it, too much light coming through bedroom door, we had to block them with black sacks, not enough supplies of soap, sour milk in room, not enough room for guests in the bar area, locals coming for music, which is a great thing but leading to no space for guests to enjoy it too. Tables booked in a very small bar area

Good location

Came during a bit of a heat wave. We should have asked for a fan. Gets hot and if you open the windows it’s a very busy street into the main pub area. So it’s a great location to get there but not once you want to sleep and hope for a breeze. Instead you get cars and people singing all night!

Nothing to dislike. Being picky the reception area is a bit small and could get crowded.
