I didn’t like that it felt isolated but that’s not the properties fault but the island in general, it’s impossible to get around on your own if you can’t ride a scooter.

Das Duschwasser hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Laut der Buchungsseite von Booking befindet sich das Hotel direkt am Meer was aber nicht richtig ist. Fußweg ca. 10min zum Crystal Beach.

Mein Freund und ich waren für insgesamt 5 Tage im The Tinsi und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Die Bilder auf Booking werden dem eigentlich Erscheinungsbild NICHT gerecht! Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind einfach nur schön! Das Personal (hervorzuheben sind hier: Komang und Gede) ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und zuvorkommend - Transport (An- & Abreise), Laundry-Service, Scooter-Verleih oder Insider-Tipps! Das Abendessen (kostenpflichtig) ist ausgesprochen lecker und zu empfehlen (Springrolls, Capcay Chicken und Chicken Curry)! Der Fußweg zum Crystal Beach sind ca. 10 Minuten und zum Sonnenuntergang ein absolutes Must-Do. Insgesamt eine 9,5/10!!! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

The bungalow is very nice and spacious, in a serene village setting. It really made us feel relaxed after a long day travel. Mr.Kadek met us in person at the harbour and brought us to his place. Though a bit far from the dive shops, Mr.Kadek and his team brought me daily early morning to my dive shop with scooter. He also toured the west coast of the island with me and took nice photos. All at very reasonable prices. Mr.Kadek is a very good driver, I feel safe while he negotiated the tricky road of Nusa Penida, it certainly is quite an experience! Terima Kasih!!!

It's so peaceful! The bungalow is huge, you have your wardrobe and everything you need. Crystal beach is a 10 minute walk in the jungle. They serve breakfast and dinner and also rent scooters to go around the island. They can also arrange tours and transportation. The staff is very friendly. I truly had a great time.

The exceptional service

Very close to the crystal bay (5 min walking distance). Staff is very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do and where to drive on Nusa Penida. The cottages were charming and the beds comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was sometimes too salty, but overall everything else made up for it!

This is the place that you want to book for your visit to Nusa Penida. Mr Kadek and his staff are superb hosts and will make you feel welcomed. The huts are designed for comfort and relaxation. The property is only 10 mins walk to crystal bay which is the most popular spot for snorkelling and is beautiful beach just to unwind and enjoy the view. Mr. Kadek and his staff took such great care of me from the start till the end. Mr. Kadek himself came to pick me up from the port and also arranged for breakfast even though it was pas the breakfast timing. His staff is always there for help. As a solo traveler, it can get tricky to explore around if you don’t know how to ride a scooter but the staff helped to arrange for that too. Komang, one of the staff members is a lovely and friendly fellow and super helpful. Also, I went to Nusa Penida around a festival and most of the people were away for the celebration, and so Mr, Kadek himself drove me around and took great photographs of me at all the popular locations. I would like to thank the entire team of The Tinsi for the wonderful experience that I had at the island and also just want to say that they’re doing a great job.

Nice staff and room, quiet place, good location.

Breakfast was coffee, fruit plate and a choice of eggs cooked in a variety of ways or local dish usually a basic or new goreng. It was very well presented, tasty and wholesome. Wonderful to wake up to a lovely breakfast in a peaceful setting.

Things you want to know : - there's a restaurant in the accomodation and the food is very good. - they can provide transfer to/from the port - they can provide motorcycle - the can provide a driver The bangalows are clean and the garden is very green and clean it's so nice, there are domestic animals in the way to the beach nice to see Kadek is very talented in almost everything including photography 👌

This was a very nice stay. It was very comfortable, the staff was super helpful when we had questions about motorbike rentals or atms. Nice it had AC. Breakfast was good.

Location is good being right near crystal Bay but the road to get to this stay was horrible. Also the window in the bathroom had no screen or glass so there were bugs getting into the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Booked a beach tour, the owner to us himself and helped us get great photos.

Great value, clean and comfortable rooms, and best of all the friendly and helpful staff. A 10 min walk from Crystal Bay makes it a perfect choice. The meals were also delicious.

The tinsi was a fantastic place to stay and we have travelled the world staying in places that are 500usd per night and places that are much more affordable and this place was incredible! Mr Kadek, Mrs Kadek , Komang and Kadek Ria were great hosts with everything we needed! Also the crystal bay beach is literally 300M from the tinsi - Highly recommend and will stay next time!

I was warmly welcomed by Gadek & his family & friendly staff. The amenities were very comfortable with large shower & comfortable bed. The breakfast & food was great. Gadek happily transported me to sunset Amok & the east coast attractions which were amazing. The wifi was great in Villa 3. Thank you so much for a wonderful memory of my stay on Nusa Penida

A fridge in the room & a safe, but that was ok because initially I was worried but being a small set of 5 villas I soon realised very friendly & trusting staff & family & cold drinks available at kitchen area.
