Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really big room, with a lovely view and nicely furnished. Double air con units were great to have, and beds were comfortable. Was in a great location and quiet in the evenings.

Tutto perfetto, il titolare Alessandro è stato gentilissimo supportandoci in tutte le richieste e fornendoci preziosi consigli per il soggiorno. La struttura è stupenda nel centro di Firenze in un palazzo antico con affreschi originali, pulizia pefetta camere ampie ed ottime anche per famiglie. Sicuramente torneremo!

Incredible spacious rooms in an old palazzo. Rooms were incredibly specious with high ceilings and spectacular 18th century frescoes . Our room had a stunning view on the river Arno. Alessandro was really helpful with questions and great recommendations for local eats. The B&b is situated in the better side of the river - cool wine bars, trattorias with more locals, art restoration houses and galleries rather than then the very touristy area . Mains sights 10 mins walk .

Localização boa, perto dos pontos turísticos, na esquina tinha uma padaria muito boa com preços ótimos. Quarto gigante com pinturas no teto, pessoal muito receptivo. Banhei reformado e muito bom. Vale a estadia

Eu gostei de tudo, só um alerta mesmo, quem estiver viajando de carro os estacionamentos próximos giram em torno de 25 a 30 euros a pernoite e não tem vaga na rua.

Zeer goede locatie in de wijk Oltrano, levendige wijk maar iets minder toeristisch. De brug over en je staat tussen de highlights👌 Zeer attente en aardige eigenaar! Goed bed en goede douche.

Het hotel is vlak voor Corona geopend en is nog niet helemaal af. Het is erg gehorig.

B&B라서 큰 기대하지 않고 방문했는데, 객실 문을 여는 순간 ”와우~“ 하는 탄식이 나왔습니다. 높은 층고와 천장에는 프레스코화가 있었고, 객실 공간이 넓어서 (높은 층고로 인해 더 크게 느껴짐) 여유 있는 공간을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 숙소 위치도 너무 좋았고 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 특히 호스트 Alessandro는 너무 친절하고 저희가 요청하는 모든 요청 사항들을 성심성의껏 들어주었습니다. 다음에 피렌체에 온다면 2박 이상 할 계획입니다! Grazie mille Alessandro!!!

Amazing location, walking distance for everything. Best gelato in the city on the corner of the building. We stay just one night but we had a really great time. The AC works properly, and the host was very polite. We totally recommend.

The position of this B&B is perfect, very close to the city centre and all main museums/garden/duomo. The room was clean, very big and with a beautiful view of the river. Alessandro is available for any request or doubts.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to old town and attractions, museums etc. bus stop directly out the front. Trendy restaurants located in the street out front. Quiet rooms, set in an old mansion, a unique experience. Alessandro ensured our stay was perfect.

Spacious and comfortable room in an historical building, good location and helpful staff

There are some unused spaces in the building which can still be used and would be great to transform in common areas for the guests. No possibility to have breakfast but there are good places nearby suggested by the host.

Michael and his partner were lovely, making us feel very welcome at check-in and at breakfast. Michael gave us a map of Ravenna that made navigating the city and sightseeing very seemless. It is honestly one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was aesthetically pleasing, especially the bathroom which also had a jacuzzi tub.

I honestly can't think of anything to say here. My stay was lovely. 10/10.

Alessandro in the reception was wonderful: friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, high ceilings and well thought out. Everything worked and was comfortable. The building is old and stunning. And the location is really good. You can walk to the major sights in Florence very easily.

Comfortable, large rooms. Very clean facilities. Nice showers with great water pressure. Air conditioning worked great. Very friendly, helpful host. We were able to drop our luggage several hours prior to check-in without difficulty. Great location to visit many areas in Florence, can walk to a lot of restaurants and sites. Would stay here again.

Note, if you drop your luggage in advance there is no lobby bathroom. It's an older building and only the rooms have air conditioning (although it is great AC!), be aware there is no climate controlled common space outside the rooms themselves.

I liked that the property is located a short walk away from the historic center because the centro is overrun with tourists. It feels more like Florence 20 years ago. Also around the corner from Carraia, one of the best gelaterie in Florence. Owner is very friendly and speaks good English. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. This is not a luxury property, but it met my needs. Had the best veal chop of my life down around the corner at the Antica Ristoro di Cambi, a restaurant. The B&B owner has a keen, self-deprecating sense of humor and irony. "Stupido" in Italian DOES translate to "stupid" in English. Someone probably told him that it was crazy to start his business. I'm glad he ignored their advice.

It would be helpful to have a sign in the lobby or in the corridor that the Stupido is located on the second floor.

Hidden gem in the wonderful neighborhood of Santo Spirito. The finishes and touches, complement the stature of this historical building. It was just wonderful with the most helpful and accommodating staff. Will definitely return.
