Great time with my family, location and place was wonderful.

This is a very nice home in the heart of Capitola. The location is perfect - easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable and provided everything that we needed. The garage is basically un-usable for parking due to the size and angle at which you need to drive into it, but we were always able to find street parking close by. The only improvement I would strongly suggest is new twin mattresses in the first bedroom. They are very creaky/squeaky with every movement and made sleeping difficult for my kids. Otherwise this is the perfect place to stay in Capitola!

I stayed here with my mother and two sisters for our annual girls trip and it was perfect. Great location, (we walked to the beach, to shop, and even to Shadowbrook), perfect sized condo and beautiful weather. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very very nice apartment. Much nicer than the photos reveal. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone.
Minor points: the garage is VERY small, but the company provides a parking pass for the street in front (don't park on the Main Street with it though, that is not permitted with the permit).
Really could use some blackout blinds. Not sure why places don't have them as standard.
Besides these two points we loved the place, one block to the beach and restaurants and Capitola is very cute and quaint. We has A LOT of fun and will be back!!

Great location and property. Garage is for small cars only. Working to put the TV back in the master bedroom. I would add a hand rail for the steps for older folks dangerous in the dark. Overall perfect location great two bedroom two bath property. Everything work clean convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Joanne.

The condo is right off of the main street and less than a block from the beach. But you are tucked away so when you are inside or enjoying the great deck area, you have all the peace and quiet you could want. We spent a day in Santa Cruz which was fun but we could have just as easliy stayed in town and enjoyed the beach and restaurants. It is very easy walking distance to everything and never needed our car in town.

Amazing location close to the beach and surf. Property manager was very accommodating to our specific situation. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was also a small garage that came with the unit and parking pass to park on the street. Would love to come back in the future.

The property was consistent with the listing, clean, close to the beach and the property manager was very helpful. Only problem was the master bedroom TV was broken when we arrive and unable to be fixed during our stay.

Great place, but it might get loud
The place was nice, clean and great location. There is a band that practices right next door nightly until 10ish. There is also construction next door. Ask about the construction before booking and just be ready for some loud music at times.

Wonderful home with a lovely location!
My husband and two boys came here during the week for a last minute get-away. Everything in this rental was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, spacious and large enough where we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The location was more than ideal. My husband and I usually stay closer to the village, but this was only two blocks away from the beach and a block from the heart of the village. We did not use our car once and the unit was SO QUIET at night and early morning; it was AMAZING. I needed some assistance with the wifi password and the manager/owner was quick to help me out with that. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to this specific unit once again. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

Amazing location and super clean!
Loved staying here! Everything was amazing! Only issue was the water/ice didn’t work on the fridge but they sent someone out asap to look at it. They weren’t able to fix it but they left a note and apologized for the inconvenience. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Excellent stay!
We had the best time at this home. Its beautifully decorated and so clean. Perfect for me and my son and my mom. The beach was so close and all the shops were literally downstairs from us. Great location!!!! Loved every minute. Will definitely be returning

Almost perfect
Second time at this property. Great location and relatively new remodel. Unfortunately they seem to have issues with providing bedding that doesn’t have stains. Both times we’ve had to change out sheets prior to sleeping. Fireplace didn’t work and master toilet was acting up. Sent a text on Tuesday to the number provided but didn’t hear back until Friday night when I sent a second text. It’s a great property, but details matter.

Nice unit, can't beat the location
Stayed here with the family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 & 7) for 3 nights. Unbeatable location right next to the beach and food/shopping options. Was a little worried about the parking but we were able to fit our mid-size SUV (Mazda cx-9) into the garage with some maneuvering so never had to use the street permit.
Unit itself is really great. There are plenty of towels for the beach, gigantic smart tvs to keep the kids happy and furnishings are all nice. The only minor issue was that the kitchen pots/pans were a bit old and could probably use a refresh (some were flaking / damaged) but otherwise no major complaints. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Vista Cortile is a beautiful updated condo in the heart of Capitola. Walk to everything and enjoy the sounds of Capitola. Very comfortable beds and spacious for our family of 4. The only negative was the fireplace didn't work, I think the pilot light was out and no one was able to come fix it, but other than that We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Lovely modern and comfortable apartment
We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds. The bed linens and towels are great quality. It was well stocked with toiletries, paper towels, kitchen appliances - there was also a blender. The balcony/patio is a great place to chill out in the afternoon sun or eat takeout for dinner. Our only complaint would be that the showers need a deep clean to get rid of a lot of water markings, the laundry closet smells of mold and I wished there was a vacuum cleaner (not for when we arrived, the floors were spotless but for use during our stay). We would definitely love to come back and have been recommending the apartment to our friends!

The location is great! Close to the beach and in the heart of the village. Just a short walk from Gayle’s too. The property is very nicely remodeled and comfortable. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but you can usually find a spot with the permit available.

Such a perfect home away from home
Condo was in a perfect location to the shops and beach... all just steps away! It was great to have a garage, making our vehicle and beach gear easy to access. The condo was beautiful inside, beds were super comfortable and it had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was a plus at night, to sit outside and be able to listen to the ocean and enjoy the salty sea air without having to go very far! The property manager was extremely responsive to my questions. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely will be staying here again. Thank you!
