Maison de ville à deux étages magnifiquement rénovée avec *** votre propre piscine privée *** dans une grande cour arrière, située dans la très souhaitable communauté de l'île de Naples. Des meubles entièrement neufs à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. ** Stationnement au garage ** disponible et beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue juste en face de la propriété.
Nous sommes situés juste à côté de la "Second Street" populaire qui est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Belmont Shore. Nous sommes à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage de la mère et des beaux canaux de Naples. Les canaux sont entourés de maisons de plusieurs millions de dollars. Vous pouvez louer des promenades en gondole, du kayak et des planches à pagaie et des bateaux Duffy et naviguer autour des célèbres canaux fluviaux. Coming from New Hampshire, my husband and I were visiting my Los Angeles-based son, his wife, and their 1 year old daughter. We wanted to treat them to a relaxing break from LA's summertime heat and smog. This home and location were just what we had in mind.
We could walk or drive the half-mile to nearby grocery stores like Whole Foods. The large, well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals which we ate poolside. (We didn't sample the many restaurants, also within walking distance, largely because we had a baby in tow). The living room has an enormous sectional sofa where all 4 of us could comfortably sit and read or chat once the baby went to bed. Early mornings, we often walked to Mother's Beach, only a block away. Afternoons, we strolled the Canals or the boardwalk along Shoreline Drive, or visited sites such as the Aquarium. As promised, parking was a breeze. We kept one car in the garage, and the other right in front of the house. Even on the weekend, when crowds were thickest, we found free parking a mere block away. We opted not to have the pool heated; and the water was the perfect temperature for us (then again, we are from New Hampshire, those used to warmer water may have found it a bit bracing). We weren't bothered by traffic on nearby 2nd Street due to the white noise from the very effective and efficient room AC units.
The front door lock took some getting used to, it's a little wonky; but by Day 2 we were all pros.
We'll be back!

Everything about the place is top shelf. The location is awesome. To be that close to all of the 2nd and pch areas but off the main road that it feels secluded. No complaints.

Our family enjoyed the house and especially the heated pool and hot tub! Spacious inside and nice electronic amenities too (like Roku’s on both TVs). Terrific communication from Susana, don’t hesitate to stay here in this central location to all fun things in LA and Disney!

Great from start to finish! Brilliant location, pool was great especially having it heated!! Really could not fault anything! Would highly recommend for visiting LA, far enough away from downtown to visit easily but Longbeach and Naples are great for families!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend. We walked to Whole Foods for groceries, strolled down 2nd Street for shopping, and had easy access to bikeshare and Uber to get around town. We paid extra to heat the pool, but were only able to dip our toes as we were so busy otherwise. The temp was like bathwater, so we were sad to miss the pool. The house has everything you need, and the beds were comfy. Would definitely come back!

Property was clean, well-appointed and in a great location. We walked to everything except visits to some larger beaches and Catalina Island. Host was very responsive and messaged us to see if we needed anything. Pool was great! Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing stay. My children enjoyed swimming in the clean pool. The entire house was super clean. Beds and couches smelled fresh. Susan really put alot of thought and detail to her home and a fantastic host! Our stay was during a busy event weekend so parking in front of the house were taken and the garage could not fit our truck (truck was a bit too long to close the garage door). This was the only minor issue we experienced which is no fault to anyone and good info to have if staying during a busy weekend. Overall, my family and I would come again next time. Thanks Susan for everything.

The house is in the perfect location close to everything on Naples Island and just a short distance from the beach. We could see the fireworks from the front porch. The house was very clean. Susana is wonderful at communicating. Having a heated pool is a huge plus, along with a hot tub and outdoor BBQ. Also, it was so great to have a garage so we didn't have to worry about where to park. The living room area had a large sectional where we could gather as a family in the evening. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This place was really great! Easy check in, excellent communication from the host, very clean and well-stocked and great backyard with a pool and grill. The location was perfect for us to go between LA and San Diego, easy walking distance to beaches/great restaurants and a safe neighborhood.
Important things to be aware of before booking: 1. As stated by the owner, the house is on an extremely busy and noisy street.
2. There is plenty of room for 5 adults, but we were pretty cramped when our oldest son visited putting us at 6 guests. The third bedroom is actually a sunroom with very little privacy, but our daughter did say it was the most comfortable bed she’d ever slept on.

We loved our stay at Susan’s place! The property is clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool is fantastic, I suggest in cooler months to opt to have it heated for 50$ a day. It’s, I believe 91 degrees and like bath water. We used it everyday we were there. We also loved having the washer and dryer. It was so nice to keep up on laundry while there. Susan also requests you wash and dry the pool towels that are provided when you end your stay. We never used the garage located around the back of the property because there was always parking right in front. If you are sensitive to noise, as Susan states, this is on a busy street and although you can’t hear the cars go by in the daytime, the evening will have some cars rev by a bit louder. We were not bothered by that.
The location right on second street is convenient to so many shops, restaurants down the block. Just a short 2 min drive gets you to 2nd and pch outdoor mall anchored by a Whole Foods. I also enjoyed the open air roller rink, called Pigeons roller rink, so fun! The mall also has many great food choices, Olas for Mexican and the Italian pasta co! And across the street from that is a Traders Joes and In and Out burger! Also a few blocks from the mall we loved Schooner or Later right on the marina serving breakfast and lunch til 3.
Susan also leaves a very detailed booklet with everything you need to know about the property as well as things to do in the area. We will be back!

The house was lovely with a great backyard to sit in and we paid to heat the pool, which was worth it. Parking is easy- which is huge for some neighborhoods. And it’s walking distance and a short drive to all the fun places in Long Beach and close to PCH for ease of getting to the OC beach cities. The host replied to our questions quickly and gave great instructions. We slept great and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to explore Long Beach.
The house had everything we needed and a real added bonus that shampoo, conditioner, wash powder etc were all provided so didn’t need to add the weight to our luggage.
We’d been warned about the road noise so took ear plugs but you couldn’t hear it anyway if you left the air con unit going so it wasn’t an issue.
Susan was so quick to reply to our messages, we felt well looked after.
Would definitely recommend it as a good base to explore the area.

We loved this house for our long weekend getaway. It was so nicer to have a pool (although if you like warmer water, have it heated. We had hot temperatures so the water temperature didn't really matter). Communication with the host was timely and she was very accommodating. We loved using the grill for dinners and the family room couch and the beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a garage to park in as well.

The house is located in a great location, near 2nd St shopping and restaurants, the canals, Almitos Bay, Belmont Shores. It was a bit smaller than the picture La implied but we still loved and and will likely return. Great commrwith host.

Really great location and clean home
We loved this house! Let me tell you why
1. Comfy beds made our nights sleep great
2. Well stocked kitchen for cooking
3. Of course, the pool was amazing and we enjoyed sunny days and poolside family time
4. I didn’t see a lot of garages for parking around the area, yet this home had one which made us feel more secure to park our rental in a garage
5. So many things are within walking distance (ie restaurants, ice cream, massage, etc!)
6. 3 grocery stores within a half of a mile make shopping easy
I hope this home is listed when we return because I will rent here again!

Summer vacay
We had a great time! The beaches weren’t what we were used too (we usually stay in the Newport area) but the house and pool were great and we liked riding bikes around the canal area.

Great family rental!
Perfect proximity to Disneyland and Los Angeles and all the Long Beach attractions. The kids loved the pool and Susana was super responsive and helped with any issues we had. We had a great week!

Our family had a great time staying at this house. The kids had so much fun in the hot tub and pool. The host provided everything we need and we went to Walmart once to pickup milk, bread, eggs, etc. We would run across the street to Rite-Aid if we needed anything else.
There was so much parking in front of the house that we didn't even park in the garage except for street cleaning from 10 - 12 on Fridays. The location is convenient to many restaurants, park, playground, and beach. We would stay at this location again if we needed to visit California again. Also, I really like the idea of at least 1 vacant day between guest stays.

Loved our stay at the pool house!
Susana was so accommodating. We thought we didn’t have hot water and she responded immediately letting us know the plumbing is opposite in the kitchen and one of the upstairs bathrooms…problem solved! We have rented many times and this rental was so thoughtfully stocked. We had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels (which sometimes is lacking in rentals). Susana also provided shampoo, conditioner and body was in the showers although we used our own it was a nice touch. There were also simple pantry options like coffee, filters, spices etc. and laundry detergent! The pool was awesome, we chose to have it heated and we were glad we did. The house is walking distance to anything you need! We found the house to be just as pictured and perfect for us and our two teenage daughters.

Convenience in Paradise
We visited for a few days after a trip to Disneyland. The house is close to the gorgeous Naples canals one direction and the family friendly Mother's Beach in the other direction. Everything is walkable including lots of restaurants and a RiteAid pharmacy. We enjoyed taking a duffy boat ride and visiting Catalima Island.
The property is clean and exactly as described. Susan was very easy to work with as well. I strongly recommend staying here

Beautiful house in a great location
The host Susana is exceptionally quick to respond. The house has everything the photos/descriptions promise. The front door lock/unlock process is a little tricky, but other than that our family of five had 0 complaints.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you would need. The location is ideal, walking distance to many fabulous restaurants and the canals.
My only disappointment was with the hot tub as the water would be cold most of the time.

Great property. Host was super responsive and accommodating of any need. Great location on Naples Island. Heated pool is like bath water (great thing!!) and perfect even on 60-something days in Jan. We had a blast. House is fully equipped for kids, too.
