Les maillots de bain et les pyjamas sont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre la vie à la plage dans notre retraite à Holiday Villas II. Condo est mis à jour avec toutes les commodités et la commodité pour faire des vacances en famille mémorables.
Idéal pour 6-8 personnes, cette unité 2/2 a 1 très grand lit (nouveau en 2019), 2 lits doubles et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Deux bains pleine grandeur comprennent un combo baignoire / douche avec la salle de bain principale en suite à la chambre principale.
Notre condo a un grand salon à aire ouverte avec de nombreux sièges confortables. La table à manger a 4 chaises et un long banc qui peut facilement accueillir 2 à 3 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine bien aménagée a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et contient suffisamment de gadgets pour préparer un repas gastronomique. L'îlot central offre des sièges supplémentaires avec 3 bancs.
Le balcon fait face à l'est où vous pouvez regarder les bateaux sur la voie navigable inter-côtière. Profitez de votre café du matin sur nos nouveaux meubles de patio tout en regardant les plus beaux levers de soleil. Le placard de plage sur le balcon abrite vos jouets et chaises de plage pour une belle journée de soleil et de surf. Nous fournissons même des serviettes de plage pour votre confort! Ce condo est côté plage rendant l'accès très facile ..... pas de rues à traverser pour accéder à la plage.
En début de soirée, "Toes in Sand & Wine in Hand" voit le soleil se coucher sur le golfe du Mexique, donnant lieu à des opportunités de photos les plus spectaculaires. Je ne peux pas l'expliquer, vous devrez en être témoin vous-même, mais nos couchers de soleil sont les meilleurs !!!!
Les autres équipements incluent le câble, Internet haut débit, WiFi et ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Fumer et les animaux sont interdits. Le complexe dispose d'une aire de pique-nique et d'un barbecue à charbon communautaire. Holiday Villas II possède une grande piscine chauffée qui se trouve du même côté que le balcon. Cependant, cette unité n'est pas immédiatement au-dessus de la piscine, mais plusieurs espaces plus bas, ce qui donne lieu à plus de paix et de tranquillité. L'unité a une place de stationnement assignée sous le bâtiment. Un parking supplémentaire est disponible sur le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. The unit was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything you need. Hallways, elevator, laundry and parking garage were not at same standard of our unit. Those were all dirty. The owner of the unit cannot control this but other guests were extremely noisy well past midnight in units around us. Running up and down hallways, yelling, loud music. This was our first time using a vrbo condo. We have always done houses and will return to that for future stays,

The owner responded immediately to any questions. The unit was very clean. No need to buy anything for the beach. There were beach towels, toys, sand toys, floats (including an infant one), beach chairs and beach umbrella.
Plenty of cooking utensils. Packnplay, high chair and changing pad were a huge help.
Our family of 8 loved the large dining table to eat our dinners together.

The condo was extremely clean! Beds super comfortable....the beach chairs were new and in great shape (trust me, I've rented many VRBOs and the beach chairs have been unsafe to even sit on!!) I liked the codes for the elevator, beach and pool. Keeps it safe.
Linda responds quickly to texts which is important.
The only con is I thought we would have a better view of the intracoastal but not a deal breaker. Hope to return

Besides the elevator this place was amazing! It is not a beach front view, but this condo is literally on the beach. Right down the road from some great restaurants, Crabby Bills' was delicious. There are lots of activities in Clearwater which is a short drive (depending on beach traffic). This condo is stocked with literally everything you could need, even beach equipment that I brought, but wouldn't have if i had known! 10/10 recommend!

Our condo was fantastic! The Landlords have thought of everything you might need while staying which is so helpful (beach items, first aid kit, female products for emergencies, aloe for sunburns, extra hooks to hang towels and swimwear, etc!) great location and amazing beach. Only downfall is the building’s elevator which broke down several times, once with my husband inside and was very slow. Not a deal breaker but made bringing heavy/multiple items in and out difficult. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

The unit was beautiful and the extra amenities were Fantastic!!(beach items, etc. ). However, the shower pressure was horrible (4 girls need their water pressure). Also, the washer and dryer not being in the unit was inconvenient but we knew that going in; however we didn't know it was going to cost $4 per load and the office on site did not have change available so we had to find places to get our own change.

Wonderful getaway
We had a wonderful time on our visit to IRB. This condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids ( 4 and 7)). It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and right on the beach! They provided beach toys, beach towels, chairs, and beach tent, which was wonderful to have the shade. The owners thought of everything including band aids, extra sunscreen, and toiletries in case you ran out towards the end of the trip. The condo was very close to plenty of restaurants with Guppies being our favorite. Thank you for everything!!

Perfect location
This condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Furnishings and appliances are solid and very good quality, lots of nice little touches. Linda provided everything but the sunscreen! Pool was clean and heated. The beach was beautiful. Good restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Vacation
We want to thank Linda for being such a good host. She send me details about check-in ahead of time, she also informed me of the unpredictable red tide current that happened while we were there. We could not enjoy the beach right there but we did not allow that to bother us, we found other options and Linda recommended some. She gave us a website to check out and it helped! we loved all the beaches we visited and had a great time. The condo is sparkling clean, has beautiful decorations and it just makes you feel at home. We will definitely try to come back soon!

Absolutely Perfect!
This condo and area is perfect! My daughter and I enjoyed the SHORT (just out the door) walk to the beach and the town felt safe and had plenty to offer. The check-in process was seamless and Linda was readily available if we needed anything. She even texted the condo would be ready an hour early! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beach closet had chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Plenty of beach towels were provided as well. We did not have any issues and would highly recommend this condo and Indian Shores. We walked 3 nights to get ice cream at Bay1 (only .2 miles North). Crabby Bills is a great place to eat a short drive North to Indian Rocks. There are plenty of grocery stores and pharmacies within a short drive. Everything felt safe and we had a wonderful time! Thanks Linda and Lionel for your accommodations for a wonderful vacation!

A wonderful beach experience with family!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach condo! It was clean, and well cared for, had a well-equipped kitchen, and lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs and toys) and even some baby items (high chair, pack 'n play, and changing table) which were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated.
Linda and Lionel did a fantastic job providing a comfortable beach get-away and communicating with us about everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay.
The location of the Condo was perfect. It was steps away from the beach - which was beautiful, clean, relatively private and not overly crowded. We spent a lot of time in the condo and enjoyed all of our meals there, but there was no shortage of restaurants nearby. Indian Shores has everything you would want in close proximity, but was not extremely crowded like some popular beach towns.
We were there in June of 2021 and the weather was perfect. The water was warm and calm.
The only small complaint I had was that the bedrooms were adjacent to a rather echo-y hallway/courtyard, and although the Condo has a quiet-time policy after 10:00 pm (I think), I had to ask some noisy neighbors to keep it down while in the hallway once after midnight and day-time napping was occasionally interrupted. It was NOT a big problem, the baby slept right through it. But it is something to consider, if you're a light sleeper like me.
Overall, our beach vacation was fun, relaxing, and very comfortable thanks to the lovely, comfortable, and clean condo at the Beach Life Retreat. I would definitely return and highly recommend it for your beach vacation!!

Nice family getaway
Very clean and conveniently located condo with lots of beach gear to borrow!! When we visited, the weather was unseasonably cool so we didn’t spend much time at the beach or pool but when my kids did go for a swim the pool was nice and warm! You can jump on the trolley right outside your door and go to either Clearwater or St. Pete’s and everything in between. Condo had everything we needed and was spacious and bright. Only issue was that the beds are extremely firm so all the adults had a few rough nights of sleep but the kids were just fine lol Also, if you plan to do laundry bring quarters. The beach was gorgeous with soft sand and lots of space to roam. All in all it was a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing Condo!!
We had an amazing vacation in this condo! I grew up vacationing in the Indian Shores area, so I was excited to take my husband and kids here for the first time. The condo has literally everything you need minus food. Towels. Blankets. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Beach gear. If you have little kids that like to climb into cabinets, I recommenced bringing some sort of baby proof lock for them. My youngest is 16 months and we spent a lot of time cleaning up things she drug our. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bed in the master bedroom is very, very hard. I didn’t sleep at all since it hurt my back. My husband just ended up sleeping in one of the recliners. We will definitely stay again if they maybe add a mattress topper to the master bed or somehow made it softer.

This location was prime. You’re right at the beach and you’ve got great access to perfect sunset views. The place itself was clean and homey. Everything was as described and the owner was easy to work with. They provided everything you would need to plan accordingly and they were so welcoming. I’d gladly stay again!

We had 4 adults and 3 teens. The property was perfect. It was beautiful. Stocked with everything you could need. You literally just have to bring your swimsuit and food. The balcony was wonderful. The location to the beach amazing. Grills for community use. Great pool. Amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Christmas getaway
We booked Linda and Lionel's place as a winter getaway for the holiday. It was absolutely perfect! It's directly on the strip so you can walk right outside and catch a trolley almost anywhere you wanna go. To the right is St. Pete. To the left is Clearwater. Places to eat within walking distance. I love how they had a guide book explaining how to use things in the apartment, and gave tips on places to go. They even had a basket of goodies waiting for us. It was extremely convenient. They have everything you need here. From beach towels, chairs and toys to first aid items. Need help with something? Linda was always very quick to respond. It's a very laid back and friendly community. Folks always ready and willing to help. We didn't wanna leave!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Linda and Lionel’s condo. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies and the condo was stocked with more than what was expected. The condo fit our family of 8 and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. Check in and check out was very easy and the condo was close to restaurants and extracurricular activities.
We are already talking about returning to Linda and Lionel’s condo next summer!
