Kings Studio - Romantic cosy getaway
Kings Studio est un refuge chaleureux, confortable et romantique. Il est équipé d'une nouvelle salle de bains et d'une kitchenette. Le soleil coule dans la pièce toute la journée et un feu de cheminée à gaz est parfait pour les nuits où vous voulez juste vous blottir avec un verre de vin et un pique-nique! Il y a un tout nouveau système de cycle de split installé pour vous garder au frais pendant les chauds mois d'été.
Kings Studio est totalement privé avec sa propre entrée et est séparé de la maison principale.
Le studio est spacieux et lumineux avec un thème de couleur neutre très agréable. Les volets de plantation vous offrent à la fois la confidentialité et le contrôle de la lumière. Vous avez également votre propre terrasse privée qui surplombe la crique avec un barbecue sur demande.
Nous pouvons fournir un panier de pique-nique pour (2), y compris des options végétaliennes, mais nous avons besoin d'un préavis de quelques jours. Nous nous approvisionnons seulement les meilleurs aliments biologiques cultivés localement et toujours essayer d'utiliser des vins locaux si vous commandez du vin dans le panier de pique-nique. A quiet, peaceful getaway, with everything you need, in a location close to several Blue Mountain towns, and the views and walks they offer. Very friendly hosts, breakfast included, who also offer great platters. Thoroughly recommended. We stayed four nights, an ideal amount of time to sample what the Blue Mountains offers.

A beautiful cottage .interiors were cozy and clean .Anything and everything you could possibly want from an Air b&b has been thought of and it's all the little touches which add up to the perfect stay .Thank you for having us .

This property grabbed my attention because of the beautiful way it was styled and furnished. It looked luxurious and clean and this was exactly what we experienced. The booking process was simple and even when I had occasion to change the dates, the owner responded quickly and efficiently.
On arrival, our key was provided as per pre check in instructions. The Studio looked just like the photos and it was such a breath of fresh air.
The owners provided little extras like socks to keep our feet warm, bath robes, and a good selection of teas, coffee, breakfast provisions etc.
They delivered a sensational cheese and fruit platter for us to enjoy and it was plenty for the two of us.
The gas heater and air conditioner kept us cosy during our stay, and there were plenty of blankets and rugs if we needed extra warmth.
The Studio is very private and quiet. We hardly heard any noise apart from bird song.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and I wish I had booked a longer stay.
I would recommended Kim and Ian as excellent hosts.

The hosts take the time to set up the finer details around the studio that make you feel welcome.
The location is far enough away from the main areas that you are able to enjoy the sounds of the birds, the wind and stillness of the surroundings and yet close enough to enjoy the shopping, eating and adventuring of the Mountains.

My partner and I stayed for our anniversary. Hosts Kim and Ian were so warm and welcoming and all the little details of the room were noticed and appreciated. They organised their beautiful friend Amanda to do our massages and she was also lovely! A beautiful location with lovely people and a cute cat!

We had a lovely two night stay at Kings Cottage. The cottage had a cute, private outdoor courtyard. The inside was extra cosy. And the bath robes were a delightful touch. Thank you Kim and Ian!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Kings Studio over Easter. The decor is beautiful in this cosy studio with every little detail thought of, from chocolates, Easter eggs and hot cross buns to thoughtful provisions for breakfast. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed sitting out on the patio, listening to the birds and the stream below. The location is very quiet so our sleep was undisturbed in the very comfortable bed.
All in all, a perfect get away and comfortable space in which to celebrate Easter and our 45th wedding anniversary. Thanks Kim and Ian, we'll be back.

We had an amazing stay. Such a lovely studio, with beautiful decor and very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Plenty of space for 2 people, even a lovely outdoor area. Very comfy bed, important after a day of walking. We ordered a platter for the first night and it was just amazing - great produce. Easy to find and space to park next to the accommodation. Owners are lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend and I'm sure we will be back.

Wake up to birdsong and the sounds of a babbling creek luxuriating in a huge bed with crisp cotton sheets. Kim and Ian’s place is a peaceful and charming retreat. Breakfast treats are provided as are all the essentials for a comfy stay. Lovely Leura is a few minutes by car or 20min walk. Perfect choice for our stay in the Blue Mountains.

Kings Cottage is exactly what I was looking for to get away from the city, be in the bush, sitting outdoors to read & relax. I loved that the studio opens up to a patio & there is a creek. The rain was a bonus - I love walking in the rain, all geared up with my raincoat, umbrella & gum boots.

Every Little detail had been considered Not just the token coffee & milk sachets, but fresh milk, fruit, fresh flowers, plus every kitchen item and home appliance you could need on a weekend away.
Kim and Ian aren't just property owners, they are hosts. The grazing platter and bottle of bubbly Id previously arranged with them was exquisite! Again, every little detail, addition and garnish was there.
The studio itself is just gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and generally just the most wonderful place to hang out for the weekend.
We'll definitely be back again.

Beautiful suite super clean and freshly remodeled! Love how cozy it was, but still plenty of room with kitchen and dining room space. You can hear the birds in the morning right by the stream if you leave the door open! The location is central to most of the gorgeous hikes in Leura, Katoomba, and Wentworth Falls. Ian and Kim were excellent hosts and had everything ready for us including some yummy bread and muffins! They were prompt to respond to any questions. We even got our laundry done to have clean clothes for the flight back to The States 5/5 stars!

Hosts Kim & Ian, have undertaken a lovely venue & beautiful decor. We have stayed in numerous accommodations & would highly recommend this location, spotlessly clean & very presentable.They had added some personal touches like chocolates, delicious bread, muffins & fruit etc…Great area for walking & easy access to the National Parks, with numerous coffee shops in the local towns. Kim & Ian managed also to provide good weather! Continued success with your business.

I loved my two night stay at Kings Studio. So beautifully decorated and I had everything I needed. The fireplace was perfect for the cold nights and the decking outside was perfect for the sunny days! Thank you for making it so comfortable. I will most definitely be coming back!

Loved the modern and beautiful clean space of the studio with a patio to sit and see the stars. The gas log fire made it cosy and comfortable as well as reverse air conditioning. Lovely touches by Kim and Ian of flowers from their garden and fresh bread and other treats upon my arrival. I would recommend the studio and will look at coming back with friends and booking one of their other properties.

Lovely studio, perfect for two with some really special touches, from the chocolates & breakfast basket to bath gowns, gorgeous king bed & perfect quiet location. Kim & Ian were available if needed but left us to our peaceful retreat. We walked into Leura for dinner, it was approx 20 minutes & a little uphill but not hard at all. We will definitely come again & try Cottage Creek next time. Thanks Kim for a lovely welcome :)
