Close to ADO bus station and also buses to the hotel zone. Big spacious room. Good deal when booked last minute

Pool was very small and few beds to sit on. Rooftop bar music very loud and restaurant right next to pool. Gym air con wasn’t on when I went to look at the facilities

The rooms

Everything what you need when you land in Cancun and planning to travel further later on. It is 5 minutes walk from ADO bus terminal where the bus from the airport stops as well as buses to other destinations such as Playa del Carmen. Area felt safe. The gym was great as well as the rooftop pool, very refreshing. The room was big, bed big too, hot water, good wifi, aircon and tv working.

It better should have a hair dryer included in the room. You have to ask. We asked for it when needed but never arrived anyway.

The location is well and near the bus station.

there is no hot water at the shower also ac needs cleaning and there is a constraction next to hotel so rooms are too noisy

Great hotel to stay at when you're in transit to or from the airport. Only 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Large spacious rooms and friendly staff with a great rooftop restaurant. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The AC didn't quite cool down as much as I would like, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best.

Very close to the ADO Terminal. We stayed for one night. The breakfast was good, enough warm and cold options.

We couldnt turn the ac off or set the temperature higher.

the room didn’t look so clean… there were spider webs (and a spider), shower was super cold, the bathroom looked dirty on the floor, the bathroom downstairs was dirty… it was fine for one night…

Location is perfect for getting to the Bus station. Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Showers were cold. The included breakfast is one-choice-only, american breakfast (Toast, eggs, coffee/tea and some fruit).

Very central location, especially if you need to take the (ADO) bus for/to the airport or sightseeing. Plenty of options for food and drinks around. Spacious and clean room.

Mosquitos in the room. Exterior/building lighting (blue, red, etc) was visible all night inside the room; I guess that depends on which side you end up. Central AC available in the room, but without any option to turn it off, leading to a cold and very dry night. Uncomfortable shower.

Water pressure issues and at the bar they do not have any alternative milk!!

the structure is really charming and quite , everything that you need for a good relaxing holiday. the home is in front of the beach with an amazing pool and possibility to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner wherever you want. rooms are amazing , great shower and bed with nice view either on the sea or on the internal garden. finally, we really enjoy our stay at the casa punta coco

the beach is always full of algae , there is an enormous accumulation of algae that prevents to access directly the sea. there is a dock but still, it is over the algae accumulation which does not smell really good. however, you can access the sea via the beach close to the structure or you can directly enjoy the pool which has a view on the sea. the stuff is amazing and kind but the service is really slow. I would suggest to have an additional help to avoid that people wait too much for an easy order (1h30 for a breakfast and we were only the third couple awake at 8 am).
