TARIFS D'HIVER !! RÉDUCTION DE LOCATION À LONG TERME !!Condo studio à louer dans la belle Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Cette unité est juste en face de l'océan et à environ 1/2 mile de la jetée populaire et des manèges sur la rue Old Orchard. Il n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture des parcs aquatiques, du cinéma et de la salle de cinéma. Il comprend un lit queen-size, un canapé, une kitchenette avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière et grille-pain. (personne ne veut cuisiner en vacances, donc il n'y a pas de cuisinière. Avec autant de plats délicieux à proximité, vous ne le manquerez pas) Profitez de votre café du matin ou de vos repas en plein air sur notre ensemble de bistrot extérieur. Vous avez des sièges au premier rang pour les meilleures personnes qui regardent sur East Grand Ave.
Cette chambre pourrait accueillir confortablement 2 adultes pour profiter de vacances à la plage amusantes ou d'une escapade romantique. Un petit enfant pouvait dormir sur le canapé. Il y a de la place à l'étage qui pourrait accueillir un matelas pneumatique de taille unique si vous vouliez en apporter un. (non inclus avec la chambre) .Il y a une place de parking à votre disposition sans frais supplémentaires. L'unité est située au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment, vous avez donc un accès facile pour transporter des bagages sans escalier. Il y a un petit pas dans la salle de bain, sinon l'unité est plate pour naviguer. La vaisselle, les tasses et les ustensiles sont inclus dans la kitchenette. 2 oreillers, draps et quelques couvertures sont fournis. Les locataires doivent apporter leurs propres serviettes et articles de toilette.
Il est à environ 30 minutes en voiture de Portland pour vous faire découvrir les nombreux restaurants, la culture et le centre commercial. Plus commodément, vous pouvez rapidement marcher jusqu'à la station Amtrak où le Downeaster s'arrête régulièrement de la mi-mai à septembre. Profitez du train et dirigez-vous vers Portland, Freeport ou Boston sans vous soucier de conduire ou de garer votre voiture.
Les horaires de location sont les arrivées le samedi après 14h, les départs le samedi suivant avant 10h. (les horaires sont flexibles à la discrétion du propriétaire)

Very cozy with a great location! Host was very responsive to any and all messages and was very considerate and flexible with my schedule.

The unit is essentially one room with a small bathroom attached. It was all neat and tidy. Very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was internet service. No place to cook. Did have a microwave and refrigerator. Small sink but no counter space. The owner was good with communication.

Not maintained very well. The Bathroom sink did not drain. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. There were flys in the unit.

It was a clean place to stay and close to places we want to see. We stayed Oct. 16 to 20 and there were no restaurants open in the area that we could walk too.
The only other thing we would have liked is for the place to be a little better stocked. Like more towels, Kleenex’s ext.
We loved our stay and Lori was great to work with. Very responsive when we had questions.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, everything was clean, the place was just as described, and Lori was very responsive/communicative. Perfect for a couple. The beach is less than a minute walk. Many restaruants close by. Washer/dryer in separate laundry room conveniently located behind the condo. Awesome place!

“Embrace Your Inner Mermaid” Condo was exactly as described and pictured. The host, Lori was easily reachable and full of area suggestions for us. The condo is a comfy gem in a key location in OOB and includes parking.

Starting with the booking, Lori was a perfect Host, reaching out quickly to give recommendations on things to see and do in the area.
When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised in just how cozy the condo is (& it smelled great, too!). Absolutely perfect for the two of us. We loved the outside seating area. It added to the living space for us because we spent a LOT of time relaxing out there, people watching. We knew about the train being so close, but really never even noticed it unless we were sitting outside. The beach being just across the street is so great, I felt totally safe getting up & walking over by myself to watch the sunrise.
All thumbs up from us, we hope to be back!

The location of the property was wonderful as it is right across the street from the ocean. It was close to area restaurants and only 20 minutes from Portland. We enjoyed our stay!

I would not recommend this place. The small studio is very noisy. Paper thin walls allow you to hear all the other people in the apartment building. Studio is on a main road which is also noisy and there is a train line that is directly behind the building which runs by often. The studio itself is the about the size of a normal bedroom. The bed was not comfortable as well. Also, the host and VRBO were not helpful at all when I brought up the noise issue and the train issue which was not mentioned in the listing at all. Both of them would not provide any resolution and stated the terms and conditions allowed for them to not provide any help. Make sure you read and understand the TOCs because the host and VRBO will not help and will use them. Overall would not recommend this place at all. The only positive is the studio is close to the beach. I would not book again. Find another place to stay.

Sweet little studio-type room with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, tv, couch & bed. Just a stones throw from the beach, and a 10 minute walk to a few local eateries. Quiet.

Clean property, only several hundred feet from the beach as described. Town was very quiet, but it was only a short drive to Portland for numerous bars and restaurants. Comfortable stay, would do again in the off season.

The rental was just as listed. Filled with creative artwork. Quiet during off season. 3 minute walk to the beach. Host responded quickly. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

My husband and I were celebrating his birthday….I hadn’t been to OOB since I was little. It was nice to be back. The property was centrally located and we walked to everything! Great little getaway. Lori was a great host and we will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

This charming spot had everything we needed regardless of the activity/weather. And it spoke to my inner mermaid 😊 We just loved it and our first time in Maine. OOB is a keeper!

The appearance of the place when we drove up was not what we expected.Town was awful and deserted. The condo did not feel like much effort was put into refreshing it. Bed sheets awful. Sorry but not our cup of tea. Probably a busy place in summer with beach goers but not in September.

The property was great for us. We were visiting our son and his family in Portland so basically only slept there. It was quite small. If we were spending more time inside the condo, we would have been a bit crowded.

The stay at old orchard beach was lovely. Lori’s condo is perfectly nestled on the Main Street of good food, drinks and the beach. The place was clean and and perfect for me and my spouse for a quick weekend getaway.

The beach condo was a little on the small side. It was absolutely beautiful though. Very clean! Close to everything. Across the street from the beach was a plus. We spent most of the week there. Lori’s beach condo was the perfect place to recover from my heart bypass surgery. My wife and I will be back next summer. Thank you Lori!

Our beach vacation was truly magical! The condo was clean and super close to the beach and walking distance to beach stores, pizza shops, and the pier where we played arcade games and went on rides at palace Play land. On Thursday night we watched fireworks right from the beach! Lori was an amazing host and had everything we needed in the condo! We will definitely be back!

A lovely studio close to the pier and restaurants, across the street from the beach. Very clean and welcoming host. Would come back again.

There were dogs barking, people talking outside at night, and a train behind the building every 2 hours. If you are a light sleeper, then this is not an ideal location. The beach is across the street. In March, downtown is almost 100% closed down. The room is in a mermaid theme and included surge protects and thoughtful items to cook food and eat. We did not eat outside due to cold and/or rain. Eating inside is cramped but doable.
