1. The apartment was dirty. We found BIRD EXCREMENTS on the sofa pillow (!!!) this is a biohazard and this is unacceptable. Other than this, the toilet seat was broken (literally crooked in half) and dirty, walls really need renovation. 2. About renovation, Booking photos don't do the justice. Furnitures remember fall of Jugoslavia, although chapeu bas for the photographer that they managed hiding this, although I have captured the hall and the dining room in my own photos. This is a shame because the apartment has such a potential. 3. We had to buy our own sponges, dish soap, dishwasher capsules, paper towels etc., and as this is acceptable but not even a starter pack was provided, which would've been thoughtful.
