Friendly and helpful greeting at reception upon arrival and good facilities

There's nothing I didn't like. It would of been helpful to have had a hairdryer in the room.

Ali is a great host an the rooms are spotlessly clean

The location. Helpful and cheerful staff. We arrived early and it was not a problem to leave the luggage there.

Only the fact that the room was cold during the first 2 days. On the third day, the reception guy switched on the heat and then was fine. The room is kinda small but good for a short trip.

Clean, easy check in.

Noises came in from the outside. Room literally behind reception.

Nothing in this hotel was likeable.

The room was very small, there was just enough space to accommodate the bed. The washroom shower was broken. The images shown on the internet do not show the actual picture . Upon arrival he asked for more money to update to the family room. There was no lift,no porter to carry the luggage. The washroom sink was so tiny that water would spill out every time you wash your hands.

The manager was both friendly and more importantly helpful. The location was extremely close to the centre of Ilford.

Wifi is good, no need of any portal or limitations.

- Found hair in the bathroom. - Cracks on the floor of bathroom - The white pillows are actually very cheap, they are not firm and pretty small. - You can easily hear the alley and people, but it’s a pretty quiet hotel - Found a bottle cap and a chocolate that were under the bed but came out with the long bedsheets. - There is a fan that doesn't stay straight, first time I entered it felt down on me. I had to put it in a different corner. BE CAREFUL : I doubled checked, it's not written that if you have a guest for more than 20min you will pay!! 20 to 30 pounds. we had an argument with the owner. he made me pay even more, then refund me. I should have shown him the booking.com and his messages that we're not stating about the guest prices. never had that before. his excuse was "people abuse the room when they have guests." then why not taking a deposit? instead of charging everyone?

I didn’t like this property. Not worth for money I paid . Look like showing different picture in web site and original not at all matching .
